Our stay has been short… The double room Justita XO Cozy. Area Percect a 1min walking from the beach and Paseo Maritimo. Very good service. Good breakfast but the dinner with a poor buffet but the food very rich.

Super central and very friendly! Very close to the beach and also to supermarket, pharmacy or other shops. Personal super nice, try to make anything possible eg lactose-free milk there! You get water and house wine (all varieties) free house! Great service! Am thrilled! Breakfast buffet and evening buffet also rich and everyone will find something!

Very well welcomed and services very decent, not far from the sea and the city center, the must are the rooms with small terraces sun bath. Breakfast very good.

Great hotel, very warm welcome, they are small care for us. For rooms superior to the 4th floor there is a large terrace with view on the rooftops a small table with 2 chairs and 2 deckchairs and even a shower for room 407. The bedding is good. The room is spacious. The bathroom is very decent. Breakfast is very good. They are very good advice for the restaurant. There is even the possibility of having a car park. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a 4-star experience. But due to a good price and location with a fine breakfast and staff, it is worth 5 stars. Clean and orderly rooms.

Very nice and clean room. Looks very new (or just renovated). Breakfast is very good including eggs. Location is very central inside downtown Roses. Parking is a pain, so either park at the waterfront for purchase or better reserve a parking lot from the hotel. Downside is that the walls are extremely thin. You here basically everything on the same floor. Breakfast starts at 8, which is too late if you make diving excursions.

Hotel centrico new highly recommended. Excellent service both at reception and in breakfast and cleaning. We will return!

Three-night stay in a small hotel, very close, cozy, with a very good atmosphere, clean, friendly, welcoming, and with details that make the difference, the rest of the hotels, such as bottles of water free in the room, infusions or coffees in the bar, free 24 hours, breakfast fantastic, with eggs (scrambled or fried, with bacon), cooked at the time, and two waitresses very friendly. The room with very good qualities, such as the mattress, pillows, sheets, and shower. And finally, Martina, hotel receptionist, unbeatable customer service, and let yourself be guided by it. Thank you for everything!

Our stay at this Hotel is excellent. The management and staff
are really listening to us, "home" cooking is very good and the top is the breakfast because, for the 1st time in 30 years we stay at Rosas, the coffee is very good, finally!, in addition the Cook prepares us, upon request, scrambled eggs: what a treat.
The room is what we wanted, large terrace, very clean, bedding of
very good quality, small attentions chosen tastefully.
The fact that the Hotel night in a small street in 2nd line don't bother us since that's what we wanted, for change of sea.
In conclusion: we will come back.

Reception very friendly and above all excellent advice for dinner. Spotless room and very comfortable. Everything was perfect however it lacks a little insulation but having no neighbors direct we did not have a live with the consequences.

The hotel I was delighted, because of its location, service, cleanliness and detail both in the hotel and in the room. Great breakfast, so cold, as hot and the detail of cava and wine at breakfast. Staff nice hotel as the fabulous dining.

We reserve by booking the hotel. Grim. They gave us a room with a window without views! or onto a patio lights! and the garage not ensured us that the car fit in the plaza. I had to leave it in the street. Sincerely shameful!, for 81 euros.
I will never advise this hotel to anyone. Perhaps the only bad hotel room. But we had to us.

Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. The hotel is well located very close to the beach (it is only necessary to download an alley) and the main shopping streets. In terms of facilities, the room is not very big (enough) but if there is a large bathroom. And what we liked, without hesitation, was the great team that make customers stays perfect (the reception in the morning and night and the team of waiters are some big professional and also helpful which made our stay an authentic pleasure. ) Thank you very much for everything.

Very good location, staff excellent, always friendly and aware of what you need. Rooms spacious, cosy and comfortable, in our case, with full terrace.
The establishment, by its structure, is not the luxury hotel use, with spectacular inastalaciones, pools, gardens, etc. But the real luxury is its location and, especially, their staff; you are comfortable.
By mentioning something not so positive, juice of Orange brick at the breakfast, otherwise great quality, is something that should not be in a country in which the Orange is not an unattainable article.

We enjoyed a weekend in this small and charming hotel. It is not beachfront but if in one of the liveliest districts of Roses and just 50 metres from the sea so the location is no problem. Parking is a little difficult, but the hotel has private parking, that yes I advise that you consult Google Maps before you go since the streets are a little confusing to get.
The hotel is a small hotel with beautiful rooms, decorated by local artists and all new. We stayed in a terrace, it had views to the coast, sun loungers and a shower to cool off on hot days. It was very clean, new and equipped to the last detail.
I want to highlight the breakfast, especially the pastry that was luxury and as not, the attention of the staff, I think that the better. From the receptionist to the director, very attentive and always willing to help you. No doubt a good choice in Roses.
