Hotel Sol Ixtent was a lovely surprise. We booked for one night and then ended up extending our stay to three! The location, our room, the view and the amenities were first rate. The staff here were very friendly and helpful, especially Carmel and Miriam on the front desk. The hotel restaurant was exceptional: breakfast was excellent and our dining experience was 5 star! The food was of the highest quality and the staff, from the manager, the wait staff and the chef, were outstanding. We thoroughly recommend this hotel and we will definitely travel all the way from Australia to stay here again. We had an amazing experience here. Thank you Hotel Sol Ixent.

A fantastic hotel. The pool area is great, grounds very manicured and the pool is large and very clean. It is in a secluded and very quiet area, 20 minutes walk from the promenade of Cadaqués.
The breakfast is spectacular.
The rooms somewhat small and high priced, but I recommend it.

One of the most pleasant hotel frequented, clean, quality of service, yes I recommend it actively, and I intend to go back in season.

What a fabulous hotel all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant. We just live over in France so our stays in cadaques will always be in this hotel.

Hotel at the top … great in bed … great shower … the breakfast complete … the staff at the top is discreet but functional. … seen beautiful. … and the swimming pool … great … we want to stay there for hours … thank you …

Nice quiet hotel on the outskirts, green grounds, restaurant, pool, parking. It's not far to the sea, but there's no beach. The city promenade with restaurants is about 30 minutes along the path along the shore. Relatively close to the Dali Museum. If you are on a car — then recommend.

We loved it… a treat this hotel. Beautiful views. A haven of peace … a clean place. Beautiful. The staff at the top. The home. The servers. Maid. A team hyper, smiling and very attentive to the customers. A perfect home … above all the resto too too too good. Everything is good … breakfast really good with a huge choice from the buffet … it has been in care with us … we were welcomed like kings … I highly recommend. Thanks to all l 'team. For €76 in May we had a smiling, bilingual and professional staff.
We had a very clean, classic and spacious room with a superb setting between beautiful garden, sea and pool.
But also a great breakfast of quality and varied.
Unbeatable in Cadaques!

Amazing Hotel in the small town of Cadaques. The breakfast was magnificent. The location is a little outside of town but you can reach downtown via a ocean view walk (easy to walk, bring flashlight at night). The price was more then fair, even though a lot of French people stayed at the hotel because the French public vacation.

A great place, very relaxing and comfortable, with an attentive staff and very nice. Breakfast, buffet, impressive; Although it is surprising that if you want a decent coffee should be paid separately.

A really nice hotel, we found everything very clean and the attention on the part of the staff was pretty good. The only thing we didn't like too much of the room were the pillows, which were not very comfortable, well, and we also found that the neighbors were not very respectful of the people who wanted to sleep (something the hotel should watch more).

To visit. A very pleasant stay. Service of 10. Unbeatable environment.

I really liked this hotel for the location, the tranquility, cleanliness and design. The rooms with terrace on the side of the pool allow you to see the sea. It has a cove next to it.

Acudí a este hotel el viernes 15septiembre porque el sábado 16septiembre tenía una boda a las 17.00h en Cadaqués. Reservamos una habitación superior a la estándar para tener vistas al mar. Al salir al balcón, el mar no se veía. Consulté en recepción, pero me dijeron que así era y que tenia que pagar un precio superior aunque no hubiera las vistas al mar pactadas. Hicimos el checkin el viernes 15septiembre a las 20.00h. El sábado 16septiembre a las 11.00h nos informaron (sin previo aviso) que teníamos que abandonar el hotel a las 12.00h porque ya habían vendido la habitación. Al consultar si podíamos quedarnos un par de horas más PAGANDO (late checkout) nos dijeron que NO. Al consultar si podíamos comprar una habitación adicional (aunque fuera para solo 3 horas) nos dijeron que NO. Al preguntar si podíamos utilizar algun baño adicional del hotel para asearnos antes de la boda, nos dijeron que NO. Al preguntar si podíamos utilizar la ducha de la piscina, nos dijeron que NO. Trabajo en el sector hotelero, por tanto, hablo como hotelero y como huesped. El servicio de este hotel no fue el esperado, menos aún por la tarifa que pagamos.

Away from the hustle. Between Cadaques and Port arrive, in Les caials. Small Cove magnificent swimming pool and good restaurant. New and cozy.

You can not expect any basic facility and amenities in this hotel. Even no complimentary water in the room. However, the view and atmosphere are perfect to have quiet vacation. Staffs are also kind and friendly.

Amazing restaurant, expensive but worth every cent. Amazing placement, service and food for the price, worth going to sleep and/or just have lunch or dinner. Make reservation if you're just there to eat!

Perfect escape for a relaxing vacation, very clean and tidy, friendly staff. Real good breakfast buffet and tasty menu for dinner. Reasonable prices. Situated at the end of the road in a quiet neighbourhood with a stunning view to the ocean, just across an Olive Tree Garden. May be not the best fit for kids between 3 and 16, but perfect for couples with toddlers and middle agers. Visits to Cap de Creus, Port Lligat, Sant Pere de Rodes and the multitude of hidden coves is a must.
