Pensión Norma Hotel

Lousy place. The facilities are very bad for what they charge. Wi-Fi doesn't reach any room, although on its website they say there is. The staff is very unpleasant. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone.

A bit uncomfortable all the stairs but still great accommodation if you are very out and just need a place to sleep.

Cute Staff rooms Unfortunately do not look the same as in the Booking pictures and parking is only possible in the private Underground car Park for an additional €175, however, normal parking costs about €50 per Night. Barcelona is not a City with free Parking. Without a Car, the City is good to explore.

The úbicacion Great. In the heart of the city with Metro and buses. The staff were very nice and the room was clean. Very attentive. 'll!

If you are looking for the worst pension in Barcelona, then you are in the right place… Reception announced on the 2nd floor of a narrow and steep staircase which in the end is at least on the 4th… Personal cold and remote, we had taken a room with bathroom where the water pressure of the shower was very very low (very difficult to rinse) and voluntarily drop by the staff or management, as that of the sink as well as in the room of Common shower was normal.!

Decent staff and a decent place, but a bit towards the dilapidated side.

Super centric and cheap, you can not ask for more for that price, and although it may seem old on the outside, the rooms have all the look of having been refurbished very recently, ideal to spend a few days for very little money.

Budget and car parking from the hotel is a day in the center of the city only 17 euros.
Nearby there are all formats of catering and grocery stores.
If not critical to the status of placement, then everything is very normal.

The pension is clean and there is good Wi-Fi signal. To come to Barcelona is fine. The bad thing there is no elevator and no TV.

Stairs endless and very high to climb to the rooms, there is no area to park.

A good value for money. The rooms were very clean and tidy which was a nice point. The employees speak a very rudimentar english but enough to get around. The room was a bit hot but there was a fan which helped.

Nice staff and attentive, however no elevator and no air conditioning in the room replaced by a fan. Very clean Establishment.

Dirty, smelly and full of mold on the walls, we escaped from here, this pension is the worst you can find. Also the owner did not even want to reimburse and he screamed against, indeed he also took the money of the tourist tax. A nightmare.

The dirtiest thing ever seen, as soon as we arrived we had to look for another hotel because this is full of mildew and dirty, plus the owner besides yelling at doesn't want to refund anything. Avoid!

Very simple but beautifully designed rooms.

Good service and gentle staff. The position in perfect: it is located in the center of the city and in the near of the metro station.

Very nice stuff, very clean everything, good locality.

-No sound proofing in rooms: noisy and staff hours late (2: 00 in the morning for example),
-cigarette smoke from entering our House late at night, staff
-insecurity of our business: free access to the keys of the room near the entrance of the pension, sometimes without any control of personnel (obligation to leave the keys at the entrance as soon as we left the House for the day).
-cruel lack of privacy: the staff watched us without gene twice by our window (it overlooks a shared balcony).
-two floors up by narrow and steep stairs (older people with reduced motor skills refrain).

Perfect place to stay quality/price/location rigth in the heart of Barcelona.

The best thing I can say is that it is located in a good area of Barcelona. The facilities are decent for the price you have. As more paste comment that the access to the rooms and reception is very complicated. They are located on the second floor without elevator and with some climbing narrow which does not facilitate the ascent of the luggage.
Enough to spend a couple of nights.
