Thank you for not giving us the room at the appropriate time because it was "full of people", for being extremely rude and also for canceling the reservation CHARGE THE SILVER FOR DISPEGAR AND NOT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE BECAUSE WE NEVER MAKE USE OF THE RESERVATION.
To the manager OSCAR, a despicable gentleman, altanero, rude, not how they can have someone like that attending to the guests, I do not respect the check-in time because he had the hotel FULL, when that is something that we as guests do not interest, learn to manage the hotel as appropriate, respect the check-in and check-out times, treat well the people who arrive tired of a flight or whatever and have to endure the bad answers of that nefarious employee.
They don't even have a reception where people can sit and wait for the room they send you to the street as if you were a perro. No recommendable, mentirosos, estafadores and malrutes.

Thanks Lenin Hostel for cancelling my booking I paid upfront for after my flight was cancelled to Barcelona. Even after I rang and confirmed I was still coming to stay. You’ve left me without a hotel to stay in Barcelona and not offered a refund. Instead gave my booking to some else. If you want to to be left without a hotel to stay at when you arrive and your money taken from you then sure try and “attempt” to stay here. Absolute joke.

An amazing hostel, good prices, incredible location right by the Rambla street, free Wi-Fi, hot showers, small fridge for water, televisions and good beds, all you need on a hostel in one neat package. If you need to spend somedays on Barcelona I highly recommend it.

Beds are comfy… But the location is not that good. There is no AC and the smell in the room is horrible…

Pros: Good location, room with refrigerator, communal kitchen (electric panel and microwave) Disadvantages: no wind pipe, the floor is dirty, the room has no air conditioning air-conditioning, toilet paper looks a bit old, bed sheets and is covered with old damage.

Location is great, walking distance to many sites and transportation options. Shower had plenty of hot water Nd there is a lift so not a problem even if you're on upper floors. Gentleman at check in was polite and nice. Only problem was the bed as if was more like a cot.

Staffs were really nice and helped clean the room everyday, really at a convienent location, tapas bars and shopping at walking distance so is the transportation but the rooms were not clean meaning the decor and material of the building needed some maintainence.

Location of hostel is great because it is locaten in the city centre, Room was great and spacious but one spot where ir really falls is cleanliness.

Clean and minimalistic. Rooms are rather old, but everything works. Good enough for its price and location.

Really friendly staff. The room and bathroom were really clean and lovely to stay in, I would be happy to stay here again.

Staff is rude and adamant. Did not allow us to store baggage as we checked out 20 mins late which was not informed at the time of check-in. Only good thing about the stay is location if you are looking in budget range.

Location, location, location! Stayed in a private room with bathroom and it was spacious, clean, with good Wi-Fi and a balcony overlooking the street. Good price!

I was there last year in September. Horrible hygiene. Bad linen. I had to buy sheets and towels. Location. Quiet building. Money nothing to claim. NN would do it again.

I stayed in the hostel the first week of May and contrary to what I expected from the reviews I found it good. The first impact at the entrance of the building was not positive as this is an old (not to be confused with dirt). Reception cramped and Spartan that can give the impression of dirt but are the classic old flats with antique floors beautiful that even if cleaned don't seem to them. Great location, very friendly staff especially Oscar which showed full readiness to provide me with information, advice and everything I needed in the room. Small room with Spartan furniture but recently renovated with new bathroom, walk in closet, large chest of drawers bedside table, which served as a small chest of drawers, table with chairs, beds very simple but clean sheets and blankets (except a few holes in the sheets). Bathroom very clean shower equipped with liquid soap and bubble bath in sachets. Large towels and toilet paper at will (there were two of us and we had 4 rolls of toilet paper). I forgot. There was also the fridge working perfectly! Contrary to the reviews there was no unpleasant odor and absolute silence (save that of the car because my room was equipped with a balcony that overlooked the street).
FLAWS: very weak Wi-Fi although my daughter with her iphone had the maximum signal, I rather total zero.

Cold numbers (although radiator is included). Great location near Catalonia Square.

Basic stay. Less interaction with others. No public living with nice facilities or contacts. Bad Wi-Fi signal.

Sorry but I've been with my school in this hotel and I we all hated. The rooms are way too small for some and too big for others. The service sucks. Not at all good. When there is some other person who make noise the. The service said nothing. The breakfast is horrible.
If I could I would put a negative score.

We bequeath to the hostel at 12 o'clock, after a long journey, thinking about going to bed and rest since the morning we had a course. When we arrived at the reception, the "Lord" tells us that we have no reserve. At the bridge of November, 12 overnight and no room to sleep. Look for a more formal place.
