I wouldn't pay for this again. The area in which this is recommended. But in Gral bad place.

In the heart of Barcelona.

Stayed here one night, was cheap, clean, private, located directly on Las Ramblas and walking distance to everything. Wifi worked well too haha.

Small but cozy Hostal, our Camdra was the right size indeed we had also put an extra bed. Every day they fixed it and cleaned the room. The best things are the price and the central location. But there are some flaws. Every time we showered, the whole bathroom was flooded. There's no bidet. The entrance is embarrassing, you have to enter a shop to enter the hostel. Those who run both the shop and the hostel are not Italians, I think they are either Pakistanis or Indians, so they have difficulties even with Spanish… But with a little bit of effort you understand.
I do not recommend to book in summer, being very central I doubt you will sleep much. And do not take breakfast, there are so many bars and places to take tasty things.

A clean and economical hostel without pretensions in the center of Barcelona. No air conditioning.
The building is old and no elevator. The entrance gives very bad impression but the rooms are not bad. The bathrooms are very small.

Gem of a place more like a basic hotel than hostal. Fab location on La Rambla.

To be Barcelona in the center is very cheap. The room was tiny but no problem with that. The problem has been with the staff. The front desk, very disgained, and the cleaning girl, three days we were, only cleaned up the room one. The water in the shower was impossible to regulate.

A good hostel that I liked.

The maintenance of the rooms can improve, doors, small toilet does not have toiletries people, only towels, in their favor I must say that this a few streets of Plaza Catalunya, at the hand of the best shops, with restaurant service when leaving the Local.

Good location. We had No problems, everything was clean. From the outside seems abandoned but Cuabdo enter this OK.

"The hotel is a disaster, the hotel room didn't have an air conditioner nor a shower although the room was meant to be used by 3 people. There was no internet reception in our room so we had to go to the hallway to connect to the internet, the hallway had a microwave which is good for people who want to warm their food. The night was a catastrophe because the air was so humid and hot inside, the other people in the other room were extremely loud and the noises from the street came into our room although the windows were closed. We complained and we moved to downstairs, they gave us two rooms one for me and the other bigger one for the rest, it was a huge relief that the two separate rooms had efficient air conditioners and the Wi-Fi was working on both rooms well. The bigger room had a shower and a toilet but the smaller one didn't have any of that. But on the night the hotel staff were extremely loud as they listened to Indian music, talked very loud with their phones, walked around talking and constantly closed and opened the doors like they were looking for something. Maybe the only pros were that the hotel was so close to everything, the bus station was on same street next to the hotel building door, the metro stations were across the street and the main city was like 15 minutes from us. The very cheap and big grocery store Carrefour was close to us about 10 minutes of walking, don't go to the other small "supermarkets" since they are very expensive. "
