It's been all very well. We arrived late for a transport problem and came to welcome us without any problem and with the best good vibe of Julian. We showed all the apartment that was spotless and gave us many tips for enjoying our stay. The place is very nice and with good access to all the points to visit. Without hesitation I recommend it.

Absolutely terrible! Disgusting. Ridiculous! Stay away from this place! There is a lot of places for you to stay in Barcelona. Don't go there! Nobody care about the place. It is an abandonned apartment and you are going to stay with drunk or dangerous people. Do not bother yourself, please. If I could I would give zero stars.

Beautiful apartment… Although small washbasin! Great location and quiet area.

Nice budget hotel with great location, perfect for short term. The kitchen is basic but still quite functional if you are up for cooking simple dishes.

A hotel is not, but a slum either because it is a converted floor, with all the amenities, yes, outside your room some of them.

The view of the Sagrada Familia is spectacular, despite the area, especially at night, does not offer much, especially at night, it is easily reached by Metro all the rest of the city. The apartment is not too small, the right to sleep and rest after visits to the city.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I arrived on the 21st and couldn't find the place. There were no signs anywhere. It's a residential building and the owner of one of the apartments rents out it's three rooms. Asked at the nearby shops and were told that there were no hotels there. Furthermore, was told by a local shop owner that there could be no hotels there, as it is a residential building. Had to call a number I was given to talk to a lady who barely spoke any English and who told me was going to meet me in front of the building to let me in. So, I had to stand there and wait, bags and all. The place has no staff. We were checked-in, showed our room, and told where to leave the key when we left. Our room, by the way, was filthy and smelled like cigarettes, even though it says it was a non-smoking room. On the night of the 23rd new guests arrived. A young couple, both completely drunk. First they made a whole mess of the kitchen, spilling pasta sauce everywhere and leaving dirty pots and pans around. Then, after they were done cooking, they started arguing inside their room. It was a horror show of yelling and banging noises. From what I could understand of their Spanish, the girl was yelling "Get out of here". We tried calling the lady who had checked us in, but she never picked up the phone. We tried calling the number we had for the owner, and he never picked up the phone.

Attention scam Rent a week in June.
300 Euro Deposit no state of the premises at the entrance and exit.
Do not want to return the guarantor no answer on the phone or by email.
They're crooks.

Our family of 4 adults stayed in a Barcelona for Rent apartment WITHOUT HOT WATER for 3 days. We contacted Queque who sent someone to investigate… I don't even think he was a plumber. It was not until the third night that they gave us access to a working hot shower in an upstairs apartment. When we asked for financial compensation, we were told that they were trying to get in touch with the owner. This never happened and we never received reimbursement. Is this how a visitor in a foreign country should be treated? I think not!

Our lift jammed one night. You can imagine how panicking we were. I messaged the property see if they could call the firefighters or police because I don't speak Spanish. They asked me to call the lift service myself. 2. They asked you to put 200 euros deposit on your credit card and give you back 7 days later after you checked out. We checked out on 3 Jul, 2016. I wrote this on 28 Jul, 2016. As far as I am concerned, the deposit and my inquiry emails to the company are sinking deeper than the Mariana trench.

A bad experience, I make a premise, we paid all the amount in cash and when we entered the house we found a house in a pitiful hygienic condition.
When we went to complain directly to their office their response was negative and they sent a person to pretend to clean (in addition to the damage as well as mockery) and they continued to pick us up for the bottoms by saying that there would be a refund.
By contacting Booking (site with which we booked) we were told that Barcelona for rent is not going to make refunds.
From this experience I go out deeply embittered, TRUFFALDINE companies like Barcelona for rent, should be immediately closed because they ruin a beautiful city.

Very, very bad experience … For vacation with my family I've booked an appartment 4 days to visit city and assist to formula 1 test days. Back home after enjoy these days "Barcelonaforrent" keep my deposit pretexting 2 chairs have been broken in the appartment. Of course we haven't broken anything and they've taken 275 euros from my deposit … If you like formula 1 — or not — above all, don't book with "Barcelonaforrent" …

Amazing accommodation, design, with all amenities, supercentric and wonderfully connected by metro and bus. Enric goes out of his way to help you and be a perfect host. Recommended one thousand percent.

Unbelievably poor treatment from these people. We had an emergency arise and needed to shorten out stay by 3 days. Absolutely no reasoning with them. Do not stay here.

Renting a flat with BARCELONA FOR RENT, was an awful experience, extremely lack of customer services, they do not care about the customer, only care to get the money, payment is in advance, and that´s it. They are not willing to help you. Our apartment was not with the standards and was not providing services required. No professionals at all and no manners as well.
