We rented for almost 2 years a beautiful apartment in Gracia. When we decided to terminate the contract they wanted to deduct more than 1500 euros from the deposit that we had initially left in different concepts. After long chains of emails in which the fools were made, we reduced all the invented concepts they wanted to charge us. We were also robbed of 380 euros in elevator repair costs. This was deducted from our deposit which can only be used to cover apartment expenses.
In short, they washed their hands and instead of defending their customers they gave the reason to the co-ownership ROBING US 380 euros, since by law it is the community of neighbors and not a tenant who must pay for the costs of repairing the common goods.
When we consulted a lawyer, he told us we'd spend more money than we could get back so we didn't take legal action.
To those who rent in aspasios I recommend that you leave everything in writing, since in the face of conflict your strategy is to evade responsibility and penalize your own clients.

My 3 friends and I stayed in this 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. We found it in a good location and very clean. Our flight was late and they met us at 11 pm to check in. Very nice! The only issue was one of the showers was very small.

Nice apartment (2nd floor) with plenty of space for 5 people. It is clean and very centrally located. You can easily reach everything on foot. Very nice care on site. On a revisit to Barcelona, we would come back. Unfortunately, there were no matching cups for the pad — coffee machines! Had to help us with a mortar shell:-) and then fill the coffee into the cups.

This flat and staff very nice and lovely. Clean, comfortable and good location. I don’t like just one point it’s hair dryer, so slowly to dry hair, but I have long hair)

We are in a lovely flat in exactly the part of the city we want to be in. There are top notch restaurants, shops and other amenities within just meters of our door. The price is good and everything is within easy walking distance. We couldn't be happier.

Perfect location, walking distance to all point of interest or very close to underground train. Mercados 1 block away. Perfect for families of 4 with children. The person in charge was easy to deal with, and really Helpful.

Both the reception and the accomodation were very good. We stayed the two days very comfortable and the apartment was in a very central location, five minutes from the Metro stop Urquinaona. We will repeat again if we have occasion.

We had a great experience. There was only a little lack of communication bout the fact that we’d requested and received parking with our reservation, in which the information was not given to the person checking us in so he had to go back to the office and make the arrangements while we waited. The whole thing was straightened out in the end and all was well. We really appreciated the service we received after we left when we discovered that we’d left some medication in the apartment. The staff was very helpful in making sure we got the medication back. Thank you so much.

Apartment well located, care, clean, and very comfortable. Spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There were five of us and we were very, very well. Without a doubt, we would repeat.

Excellent accomodation, fully equipped modern kitchen, washer and drier, central location, very spacious rooms for 4 to 6 persons. Highly recommended.

A top notch apartment. Loads of space, A/C, cable TV and within walking distance to metro and major attractions. This is by far a top place to stay. We'd absolutely come back to this apartment without hesitation.

This was a great apartment. Terrific location, in a local neighbourhood thus great regional food at good prices. No tourist traps here. Fab aircon and all the amenities you could want… Although we were stunned by no salt n pepper. We did expect more than 1 thin towel each. Staff were helpful… We'd recommend this apartment.

Thanks to all at Aspasios — we stayed at Urquinaona Design for 3 nights, loved the apartments, enjoyed the use of the roof top terrace. Easy location, quiet at night, easy to find. The whole process of booking to leaving was so effortless. We had 2 apartments between 9 adults — both apartments were fully equipped for normal living as a home. 2 Bathrooms in each apartment and showers etc worked well. Beds were really comfortable including the bunk beds. Would highly recommend — this was my 4th stay in Barcelona and would return to Aspasios.

It was a pleasure to stay in your apartament. The conditions were at very high level. The apartment looked very good, it was neat and clean. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace was very nice and also the view. In terms of service, you responded to our every request and every question. Surely if still visit Barcelona, ​​we will accommodate you again.

It is a very nice apartment with a lot of character, very well located, comfortable and clean. On the other hand, the shutters are broken and do not close properly, the sun wakes us up early in the morning and moreover, the soundproofing in relation to the street is not sufficient (noisy when there is a lot of traffic). That's too bad!

Very friendly and clean, a bit away from the metro but still within easy walking distance. Wi fi a little slow and a few items in the house everyday use such as handkerchiefs or tablecloths. For the rest it is a beautiful apartment with helpful and friendly staff.

Lovely clean apartment in perfect location. Facilities within excellent. Wifi a little unpredictable sadly and would have preferred single beds to bunk beds but second room of a very limited size so space utilised to its best ability.

My family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Overall, it was a good stay for the price and 2 bed-2bath feature. The location was awesome, walking distance from all the main attractions — Sagrada Familia, Catedral, Las Ramblas, Picasso Museum, the Beach, etc. Metro stop just 2 blocks away. It was in a very cute neighborhood with bars and cafes just a corner away, and the area got quiet at night, which was nice for sleeping. As far as the apartment itself, it was cozy, but provided the bare minimums. I'd recommend going to the market right after checking in to get a few household items. There was only 1 bath towel provided per person, only 1 sheet and very thin scratchy blanket on the beds, no paper towels in the kitchen, no tissues anywhere in the apartment. A washer/dryer is there but not even a sample of detergent. No hooks in the bathrooms, no shelves or shower caddy in the shower. Wifi was slow and frustrating to use at times, but we got by. No cleaning service, although I think it's provided if you stay for 7 days (we stayed for 4). Also, there's an up-charge if you request more towels or supplies during your stay. Which we didn't know about until we checked in. The positives of the unit were: — decently sized unit, never felt tight — lots of storage and closet space with hangers provided — mattresses decently comfortable — modern furniture and design (everything is Ikea), kitchen stocked with utensils/glasses/coffee mugs/plates/etc.

Really nice apartment, good location and good service. Wifi was unreliable and slow, but that didn't ruin our stay.
