Great owners and staff! Super location… The Sagrada Familia is mere metres away. Subway is a 2 minute walk.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon and it was excellent. Their staff is extraordinarily kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’d recommend the shuttle to/from the airport if you’re carrying a lot of stuff or have a lot of moving parts to your trip — it eliminated a lot of hassle and worry, and Fransesc, the driver, was very kind and helpful. Judit at check in also was very helpful getting us settled and provided a good bit of info for getting around the cit…y. The apartments are literally next to the Basilica. The metro exits here as well, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores (pharmacy, grocery) nearby as well. Navigating to and from here is also easy since it’s basically at the Basilica. The apartments are a great size for 2-3 people/a smaller family. The air conditioning seemed sufficient for late August, and the street noise never seemed to be an issue. Be ready to walk up stairs, as there is no elevator, but the view from the roof is definitely worth it. I would definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend Barcelona as a whole as a destination, especially because our stay at these apartments was so great.

We stayed for a week. The view of Sagrada Familia from the roof at night was magical. My son was getting married and we asked the owner if we could have a dinner on the roof for all the guests. They did an amazing job, the food was phenomenal and everyone loved it. The owner is a great guy, considering there is no elevator and he personally carried everything up to the roof I’m surprised he didn’t have a heart attack. We had an apartment on the 1st floor which I would recommend unless you are very fit, it’s still a 3 flight walk up to the 1st floor so take that into account if you’re considering the top floors. The place was immaculately clean and the location is great. There are food stores close by if you’re eat in types and great restaurants walking distance if you aren’t. Great experience all around.

Nice clean rooms. Good view. Stable WLAN. Friendly service only the water I would not drink is but normal in Spain.

The truth a total disappointment. The only good thing is the Holy Family that you can see from the room. The price is not the one they really advertise. You can see for example in booking that offer the suite for 114 euros plus rates per person… Well once you arrive you increase the price alleging the subsequent cleaning of the apartment. I mean. Of the 117 euros aprox you qudaria the suite you just paying 149 which is what we charged.
On the other hand the room is cold. The hot air at 30 degrees and is not able to heat it.
The Jaquzzi once Empueza to work throws some weird brown things that already makes you leave.
In general a real disappointment and more for that price.

Stayed in this summer for 4 days. Cozy and comfortable, the best view point for Sagrada Familia. Very easy to catch a taxi since lots of tourists get off at the Sagrada Familia. All the staff members were incredibly kind and nice. The rooftop gives you a special moment and feeling that no many tourists could have in Barcelona. I would stay here again if I have any chance to visit BCN. I didn't take photos of inside, but it's also clean and neat place to stay. The only problem is that you don't have lifts in the building, but it doesn't effect on its 5-star-worth-quality, in my opinion.

Loved the apartments modern spacious and clean and the view is amazing. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartments but we knew about these before we booked. The staff are so helpful.

Perfect! Right in front of Sacrada Familia across Gaudi's Park. You can enjoy the front view of Sacrada Familia sitting in the dining and living room. Much better view on the top roof at 6th floor without obstacles. We took breakfast and evening wine with some tapas enjoying the color change in the dawn and dusk. Then final impulse has come out at 8:30 PM, which was a dramatic moment of light — up! The rooms were very clean and cozy. You can even enjoy the fully equipped shower system. Finally the manager was so kind and gentle despite our midnight check-in due to delay of our flight. Our first visit of Barcerona should be one of the most exciting and memorable trips!
