Everything was perfect. Really friendly staff at the reception! Will be definitely coming back here :)

Not the worst hotel I've stayed in but quite far from the best. Room was clean and quite well equipped. However air conditioning only worked when room was occupied (key needed) so on returning in evening room was very hot and the system didn't seem to be up to the job of bringing temperature down very far. Mini fridge wasn't working so overpriced drinks were warm. Not a good place to stay when temperatures are in the 30s! Woken several times during the night by doors being slammed shut. When I checked out I was not asked if everything was okay. I stay in Mercure hotels fairly regularly and was disappointed with this one.

There is no flexibility in dealing with problems. Check out at different times, cannot pay the tourist tax at the same time. The said it could not be processed. It's complicated? Finally resolved. Although the time is a little long, but the hospital is still trying to solve! Thank you!

Very nice and comfortable Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been told that the principal is a crack and that the breakfasts are not bad at all. Ideal for sleeping and breakfast and spending the day walking in Barcelona. Ask the front desk what you want, they will attend and explain and give directions and tips to visit the city.

The Privilege room I chose was very convenient, with a minibar with free drinks, Nespresso coffee machine, bathrobe and slippers.
The staff at the reception also speaks Italian and is very kind and helpful. (Thanks again Salvatore)

Nice Hotel, all perfect, large and clean rooms. The hotel is in a beautiful area that with a 10 minute walk you will reach a Rambla and the most famous monuments. Friendly staff and very friendly. Correct price. Excellent breakfast, super recommended!

Very cozy, with beautiful interior decoration, breakfasts hearty, and quite diverse, the rooms are cleaned in time. Located a little off the tourist attractions, but close to the metro station, and several bus routes.

Nice rooms. Not that close to the city center but 250 meters there is bus and train. Lots of cafes around. I reduced one start as the windows were not isolated and I could hear all the traffic outside.

Attentive front desk staff. Clean rooms. Alright, it could be noisy at times since it's on a a busy intersection. Make sure to ask for the cost on whatever they suggest. Taxi service called by the hotel will be twice as much as local taxis. TIP: No uBer in Barcelona.

There is no cost benefit, away from everything, difficult access. Small room for marriage!

Hotel located near a metro station allowing to reach the Plaza de la Catalunya quickly. No parking in the hotel but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot next door (agreement parking — Hotel) Home: Good reception but the staff did not speak French. Room on the 7th floor with terrace, very quiet despite the traffic of the avenue, but not very large contrary to the terrace and the problem, nothing to tidy up his belongings (4 hangers on a garment door and a drawer).

The location of the hotel is not bad, close to the metro, to the center of 15 minutes. The breakfast was very good. Were in this network in other cities and countries, on 4 does not pull. The first time we encountered the lack of accessories in the bathroom. No toothpaste, no brushes… No other necessary details.

Rooms with all comforts and buffet breakfast exaggeratedly plentiful. Good value for money.

An endearing place, good location to get around the city, urban bus stop very close to the hotel, clean, quiet, friendly staff, breakfast buffet with great assortment to choose from, moderate-high price, has a reception with small lounge part On the left of the front desk overlooking the street where you can pour yourself a coffee and enjoy reading while you wait.
On the outside of the façade there are also several seats.
To avoid excellent crowds.

The neighborhood is nice and the brakfast is really good, but the room was awful. There was only a tube TV in the room. The hairdryer was not working and when we asked for another one, we were told the other hairdryer had already been lent. We had at least energy blackouts. The temperature in the shower had wide variations.

Not so good for business travel… because they don't have enough ironing boards! Had to go with a crinkly shirt to work 3 days in a row! Good rooms otherwise though. Gym is pathetic.

Fairly central hotel with good value for money. Staff helpful and polite. Has garage parking nearby. Breakfast and plentiful but a bit too repetitive.

Very nice hotel. Cozy and chic entrance to a quite modernistic reception. The staff is okay, but not going an extra mile. The rooms are nice, although a bit on the cramped (small) size. The lack of free Wi-Fi is why facilities get Good instead of Excellent. The cost is I believe 8 euro for 24h which is what I pay for a whole month of 50mbit Internet at home.

Economic price and regularly clean rooms and random cleaning service (sometimes cleaned everything and other single made bed and changing towels). Wi-Fi free only in lobby for stretches of 30 min and speed of 128 kbps.

We alojanmos this hotel to visit the city of Barcelona already is very well communicated and has a very good price and we chose breakfast buffet.
