I recently visited Barcelona and spent one night in this hotel. What a pleasure — I would go back tomorrow. So clean — staff so friendly — breakfast excellent. Location perfect!

If you care about peace and quiet, you're here. All no frills, but functionally and cleanly starting with a standard room, ending with a restaurant and terrace with a lovely garden-garden:) In wooden tubs between tables and lanterns, grow eco-friendly herbs: mint, cumin, rosemary, etc. As well as vegetables, salads, lemon, pomegranate, lime and others:). Everywhere there are lovely air conditioners in the room kettle and tea bags with drinks. Breakfast buffet, both sweet and salty. We liked the donuts (donuts) and bacon with scrambled eggs:). The location of the hotel, at first glance, will seem to be on the side between boring houses, and as if to the side, but it is much better than on noisy avenues and crowded streets. Moreover, in a five-minute walk of the subway, and at ten begins the famous Rambla, marked by a statue topped by Christopher Columbus which will bring to the center with all the attractions. And on the opposite side, the port is 15-20 minutes and you are on the beach, or you can climb the telefer, from the height of which will open a view of the whole of Barcelona. You don't have to buy a return ticket, you can go down in 10-15 minutes. Walking to the hotel itself. We loved it.

Excellent for a low budget stay, definitely not worth 4 stars. Needs to make some changes and it will be great.

A place, peaceful, quiet atmosphere, and renovator.
Comfortable and large rooms with lots of light, and lovely garden terrace, with jasmine perfume, friendly and helpful staff.
The SPA, a dream, to be recreated, in the deepest, of oneself, and the rooms of masage, take you, to the seventh sky.

No complaints. The parking garage is helpful but a tight squeeze for non urban drivers.

Spacious attic room with terrace in the 6th… It is the top, sublime… And the hotel is of the same caliber! Contemporary, design, super well placed in Barcelona near the port, the Rambla and at the foot of Montjuic… The staff were very friendly and helpful. For now, it's just impeccable, we love, we highly recommend… Cherry on the gift, arriving, they ask us if we come to celebrate something in particular, I say it is a birthday, and they come knocking in the evening arriving with a bottle of Cava in a Champagne bucket with 2 cups and chocolates … Wow hat and a big thank you to the whole team Grum… This is the first time I've seen it, it only gives a desire to come back… MUCHAS GRACIAS.

The staff is very attentive. Central Hotel and well located next to a Metro stop of the Green Line and lilac line. A few stations from Sants train station.
It has modern facilities and a private meeting room highly recommended for professional events.

I was in the spa and the experience was wonderful. The place is small but cozy, not lacking d anything! The masseurs great, I got out Relajadísima. A good Lugat.

Great location! You're fast on the Rambla. The rooms for 1-3 nights are totally OK. Kettles with powder bags are in the rooms. German TV, big beds, nice staff and shopping nearby. We'll be back!

Super friendly stuff, good location and rooms were clean and comfy. Forgot swimming shorts so can't tell how is the spa. Really good breakfast with nice local food.

Neat and tidy, with excellent service! The staff were very friendly and happy to offer help and recommendations. For example they directed us to Carrer de Blai for dinner, and we had a blast there. I wouldn't have even know to check it out otherwise.

The hotel corresponds exactly to the very clean photo with slippers in the rooms to get around to go to the Spa the staff is very friendly it speaks a little French so that's good one is really a step away from everything there is to see on Barcelona the Metro the Rambla… and despite the city center have not been bothered by noise the underground car park listens about €20 per day which is not overly expensive compared to others in the city.

Good location and friendly staff. We were given two free drinks at the bar and two spa passes by being served on their website, but by not warning we were not able to use the spa because we had no swimsuit… The cleanliness was a bit poor but the bed very comfortable.

Nice room and very clean and tidy. Good location close to Las rambles. Absolute joke you have to pay 12 euros for the pool…

Great rooms, perfect location (especially for cruises) but what makes this place special is the staff. We left a bag in a taxi on our way to depart for a cruise. There are thousands of taxis in Barcelona and the hotel went out of their way to track down the company and driver on my behalf in order to have our bag safely returned. I was very impressed with this level of customer service.

One of the best hotels I have been. The service and breakfast out if this world. Rooms very neat and comfortable. Clean towels every day and linen every 2nd. Its wow! the staff so helpfull and friendly. 24 hours available. Thanks to each and everyone for a lovely experience and stay.

Pros: Parking. Spacious and free. Centrally located hotel. But quiet enough as away from the hiking trails.
Cons: There are no doors to the washbasin. An amateur. We were wild. Glass doors to the toilet. That is, the rooms are definitely not for the newlyweds. Breakfast is not included in the rate.
Breakfast is normal without ohov and poisoning. Very tasty yogurt. Looks like something special.
Will I stay again? If it's a car, yes.

Very nice, modern and clean place. The staffs were very friendly and offered a great service. A great place to spend some days in Barcelona. There are great opportunities around the place and the hotel has a spa and wellness placeret which looks pretty.

Very good for the price we paid. Free water which is important in Barcelona. Wifi leaves a bit to be desired but we had a great experience and will most likely stay here on our next trip.

Great hotel. Convenient location. Unusual was the accommodation in the room washbasin. I bought a few months ago a Groupon coupon for two in the Spa. I called and asked hour two months in advance and the day before you go I decided to look at the web before leaving to ensure that he had all the necessary and saw that they had been closed "for reasons of cleaning, maintenance and renewal" and I unknowingly. I called and they told me that clear, that the fault is mine because it is supposed that they called me to let me know and I got no phone or that they sent me an email. I asked the phone number and I checked it on my call list and nothing, I looked at Gmail and not. The deal rather lousy and not they blamed and over not even asked for apologies for the misunderstanding.

I went to the Spa, with a Grupón promotion. Fatal care, half of the services were not going well, and the toilets were made a disgusting. A bad experience.

This hotel isn't really to recommend! First the pictures on the website do not represent the reality, the rooms are much smaller and the sink is in the room. I also recommend the SPA, the pool water is green, the smell do not talk! a sumptuous mix of moisture and mold… and also the hotel does provide bathrobe or slipper! So how do we do when we want to go to the SPA? This is the first hotel I frequent is also ill-equipped!
Then when you want to enjoy the benefits of the hotel, I also recommend a drink. Indeed it takes the server deigns to want to serve you, we have to wait more than a quarter of an hour despite the absence of customer at the bar despite our repeated attempts to ask him to take our orders! The hotel is very good, but the water in the shower was out of the shower and the air conditioning did not heat up. The breakfast was great.

We went to spend a romantic evening the 22nd of November 2015, in Barcelona with my partner and became a nightmare. There was No water pressure in the room, neither cold nor hot. The heating takes about an hour to heat the room. In the Spa not working, the sauna and the jets of water. The water of the SPA pool, which should be hot, was cold as ice. We went to claim all the customers that day we were in the SPA and casually, you did not know anything and said that we were the first to claim and that was solved quickly… LIE. So, in the final 5 minutes of being in the SPA, we had to leave for fear of catching a pneumonia. If you can get another hotel with SPA in Barcelona, do not hesitate and do not think This is not your Hotel. Hotel lousy and the pride and chuleria some more employees. Ill-fated place.

Very comfortable. To catch a cruise, it is ideal. You can leave your car in your garage, while you're cruising.

Just went to the Spa. Is the spa of the umpa lumpas so small. Will a lack of maintenance to the pool area and the locker room female is very small and it was all water logged, which makes it difficult not to get wet after they have dried. The sauna was the only thing that was ok. If you were given a little bit of maintenance and affection would improve even if it is small.

It is a nice hotel with excellent facilities, modern and very careful design. It has an interior terrace, ideal place to organize events and informal meetings in the open air. It has free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.

Over all I had an enjoyable experience. We got a great deal for two people for three nights which included breakfast, spa use, beverage on arrival. The rooms were clean and tidy. The spa was great. Breakfast was a varied range of dishes which were good. The staff were helpful when asked questions. Great location. Couldn't be closer to the metro trains and only a short walk to the main attractions. Would stay again.

Are you thinking book in hotel gums Barcelona? Don't do it. The SPA is not really a SPA. The hotel only has a small pool where 4 persons is a crowd. The hall smell to the pool because is an indoor pool. The little sauna is not in right temperature, is cold. But the worst is the breakfast. The coffee ends and nobody fill it again. And is the coffee and is all thing else, even if you go early to restaurant. But the most comic is that they charge 6 eur per person for the what they call a SPA. I have been in lot of hotels, but this hotel is the worst. The washbasin is practically on the bed, is not comfortable and is not hygienic. The staff is not sympathetic. The location is near the ramblas that is fine, but is far from the beach and as some no good neighbours. The price is lower but is not fair because the hotel is a 2 or 3 stars hotel and not 4. The photos in the website are deceiving. If you can choose another hotel.
