Close to the Abba Sants train station and a short taxi ride to the port. Clean comfortable and quiet lodging, close to restaurant's and bars.

Fantastic location, very close to the metro which will make getting to the airport a breeze! We arrived at 9.30am which was very early for our 2 pm checkin but this was not a problem and we were checked in and given access to our room. Fabulous, helpful and friendly staff. Room was great, very clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful hotel and in the center, a short walk from Espania Square and the subway. I felt good, with the staff also speaking Italian and they explained everything I needed to know.

Just okay hotel. No smile receptionist. Room is quite big and clean with old furniture. The refrigerator not cold maybe too old. No complimentary bottled water in room. Closet in our bathroom broke a couple time (can't flush). I got experienced pickpocket in front of this hotel. Be carefull.

I have stayed 2 nights and will be the last. There is No need to invite me to make a new visit.
I've never been to a hotel whose room was so dirty. The trash from the previous tenant was on the floor and I assumed it would be a dismissal but no. The next day they made the room and continued there by the dust, lint, towels, stains and hairs of the pillows. The big spider that came out of the pillowcase the first day I thought that anyone can pass but along with the rest of the details confirms that it is no coincidence.

A 4 star hotel that is more in 3… not very large room and no drawer units, but clean. The air conditioner stopped working after the first day and the toilet drain often made the marbles. Great location, in front of the access to the Metro. Very good breakfast, but there are several cafes nearby.

Thanks the night manager! I planned to leave the city, but my flight was canceled. At night I realized that I left something in the hotel. At 1 a. M. I called to the hotel and at 2 a. M. The manager gave me my stuff. He said, that it’s impossible, but did it! Thanks a lot!

Hello, the staff was not friendly, absolutely not flexible on the schedules (refusal to serve us at the bar at 00h02, orange juice removed at 10h32)

We were disappointed in the updating of your hotel. The carpets were worn and stained. The wood molding in the bathroom was splintered and damaged. Beds were very low. Limited electrical sockets for charging devices. Air conditioning was not working the first night we were there and was inconsistent the other nights. Fan in room didn't work. Room were clean. Lobby was comfortable and clean. Reception staff helpful. Morning breakfast was good.

Attached to Metro L3 Sants Estacio, near Placa de Espanya. Very expensive breakfast, but in front there are several cafes and near a pastry and Pans.

I found a very good hotel, especially highlighting the customer service. Although I think they should update the infrastructure, for example the hallways seemed a bit outdated/old.
However I am satisfied with my stay.

The location, room size and furnishings, front desk service and help, breakfast choices were all first rate. And the price was reasonable. Your hotel was recommended to me by a friend and I will certainly recommend you to any one else I know who plans to go to Barcelona.

They have excellent breakfast. Comfortable room that allows good rest. His people are professional and sympathetic at the same time. My daughter was ill and both the maid and room service staff were interested in her recovery. That support when you're out of your home is very valuable. The only thing I would correct is the regulation of the air conditioner, which was not going to the cold due to the height of the year. It was also a highly positive experience.

Good late check out offer Bottle of water was offered but was not in the room when we arrived. As soon as we complained the bottle was placed in our room. At night, the room was really warm, and all the floor as well. More than 30ºC. We had to sleep with opened windows. We tried turning off the heating but it did not work. We also tried to turn on the air conditioner but it was not working. Room was clean. Nice to have: wall sockets to plug and charge devices next to the night stand.

Very nice, clean, comfortable room. We stayed at the Abba for two nights when we arrived from the US, then chose to stay again on our outbound night. The hotel staff was always incredibly kind and helpful. We joined the "Abbantage" club and they had a wonderful, welcome bottle of water in our room waiting for us the second stay. Refreshing! The convenience of this hotel to the train station is excellent. If I was asked what they could do to improve, I'd say that the hair dryers available in the bathrooms are not the best, but they are serviceable. Note to US travelers: The plugs are deep set into the walls, so using an adaptor for our 120 voltage to 240v works only if a 3-prong is not necessary.

Unfortunately, air conditioning did not work (set to 15 degrees, not changeable, felt 25 degrees in the room).

Although located on busy road relatively quiet.

Room safe didn't work. The maid poked around in my suitcase. How do I know this? Because we went down to breakfast and I closed my suitcase. Came up half hour later and she's in the room and the suitcase is wide open. Also, the heat/AC didn't work at all, and we had to keep opening and closing the windows to get some fresh but frigid air into the room. The desk staff were very unconcerned with our problems.

Nice, clean, and accessible hotel. Missing basic amenities such as hair dryer and ironing board in the room. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Very close to metro.

The rooms are large, unfortunately it is a bit noisy from the street. The breakfast is good and the staff is very nice. I would stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel which we chose because of its proximity to Sants station (late arrival and early departure from Barcelona). Very good staff, check-in and quick check-out. Room and bathroom very clean, comfortable bedding, Wi-Fi works well.
The downside: There was a big beam in the middle of our room that made it dark and confined.

The 2 fundamental elements to which I pay special attention when choosing a hotel are cleanliness and soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noises. In Barcelona, the acoustic aggressions are permanent and a good rest guaranteed is an essential requirement, moreover, if like me, one is a light sleeper.
If to that I add the good quality of the beds, a spacious bathroom and a location very close to the Estació de Sants, you will not need to look for another hotel next time.
I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast.

Many years ago they have a land next to the hotel where they expect to build another. At the moment they do not build but they do not maintain it, it is a landfill and garbage dump. Bigger rats than cats you can see. The neighbors complain to the principal but neither case, they only clean it every 6 months. The metal fences are broken and we always have to warn the children not to get close because they could cut and do a lot of damage. To all this the hotel I think is OK, the views and the behavior with the neighbors very bad.

I had already stayed at the hotel before. All the reception staff and cafeteria is lovely and very friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel's personnel were efficient and polite. The room was clean and everything was in working order, albeit a bit old-fashioned and tired, but for the price, it was very good value. Breakfast wasn't included, and it was a bit overpriced, although it was cheaper if ordered in advance.

I went to company food for the second year for Christmas. The menu is correct. At the end of the meal they made us leave at once, to be able to collect.

Business lunch in a room on the ground floor. Good facilities, good service, good snacks and correct main courses.

The meeting rooms are spacious and comfortable. The starters are nothing of the other world. From the two times I've attended company food, the menu has varied: — last year they didn't serve dessert — this year they changed the veal to lamb and the quality of the food is normal. The attention of the service in general is correct.

I attended a course. The reception was correct. In the course room we had notebooks and pens from the hotel along with their water and drink. Good presentation.

Amazing location with easy access to underground. Easy access to the airport as it is around the Sants station. A lot of cafes and supermarkets around. It is also next to the beautiful park of Miró and the museum of Catalunya.

By cons Big Black Point being on the 8th floor, we slept with a deafening noise of ventilation that came from outside. Which completely ruined our night and woke us up several times. Very bad but we will not return as we could not sleep because of that.

The hotel is very decent. The room got enough room for two persons. There's a variety of choice of food on buffet breakfast. Easily accessible to the town Center. Would stay here again.

I decided to choose this hotel for the second time because last year Daniela left a great impression to us by showing her outmost hospitality, I was a bit disappointed this time because it seems that the receptionists are a little bit cold and distant with us. The room this time was smaller but cleaner, we we're two but the facilities in the bathroom we're for one person aside from the towels. The breakfast was the best part of our stay here this time and the lady that serves at the breakfast was kind and hospitable with us.

It's not very posh. Down to earth, simple place. Very convenient location! Next to a metro stop and close to the train station. The staff is very friendly.

Breakfast at the top, rarely seen so full. Beautiful room on the top floor with balcony, double exposure for our only night spent in this property. Bathroom a little disappointing finish level. We'll get back to that!

Location is not ideal if you will be sight seeing through the city (no bars around) or taking public transportation to the airport. It's possible but not fun. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. There was only 1 plug in our room to plug items in to. This was a hassle, taking turns charging items. There is no iron for clothes as through most of our trip we ran in to this issue (Italy, Spain, France). The bed was a bit stiff on the back but manageable, for me that is. Patio space is nice but not secure from your guest on each side, it's a small planter in between the two of you. AC was easy to work and kept the room cold. Over all it was a good stay for the short time there.

We stayed one night only with our family, coming from Salou and departing home next morning. We looked for hotel near Sants train station and Abba Sants was not the first choice we would have taken but it was the nearest where rooms where available. Rooms were nice and spacy, reception staff friendly. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, it was very decent one. Sometimes the breakfast can be coffee and some bread but this was real continental style breakfast with lot of choices and selection. Worth every cent! We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, menu was quite simple but we managed to find something and it was good, not too expensive either. It saved lot of time and effort to have possibility to have decent meal in the hotel.

Spacious and comfortable, room clean, but needs updating, especially the bathroom, whose light was blinking constantly and towels should be thicker for better drying.
For the number of customers that can house the hotel, the lifts should be more spacious.

It has become my reference as a hotel whenever I travel to Barcelona.
However as the only objection that was eradicated in my personal tastes, would put the non-existence of the so-called double beds.
Comfort is outstanding, the beds are comfortable, spacious and well equipped rooms.

We have been very comfortable, the room was spacious and comfortable; the mattresses can be that need an update. Fantastic and full breakfast. The treatment of the staff very friendly and helpful.

Altogether the stay has been very good. I am a regular customer and stay responded to the expectations. But an event, in my opinion serious, occurred. In the late evening of Saturday 21 hotel had a failure in the electricity running out of power and the entire building. So far, you can accept without problems, but what is not acceptable is that the hotel lacks systems and emergency lights if you have them do not work. Being hosted on the seventh floor we had to down the stairs to reception with light mobile. Please repair this deficiency GRAVISIMA. I don't want to think about what had happened in a most severe emergency. I also want to express the excellent location of the hotel during the incident.

Centrally located, two minutes from Sants station. A metro station in front of the hotel, and several restaurants around highly recommended. Room very clean and neat and the staff polite and friendly. We will certainly return.

We have been very good and the hotel offers good value for money. They also lent us a kettle (kettle) to make baby bottles baby. Improve the implementation of the rooms because the minibar not chilled and would change the carpet if they do reforms in the future. I would also add fresh fruit at breakfast. The last day of departure, I had no bath gel, was sold out the day before, and leave it in the bathtub for room service, repusiera, but had to pass unnoticed, although I fix immediately.

Located practically next to Sants train station, this hotel is a wonderful accommodation. Rooms are spotless, very comfortable, with fast internet connection. And a staff of gracious people who are very helpful and pleasant. Dinner was superb. Though very few people were in the dining room (the hotel should advertise its dining facility). Breakfast buffet was the finest we've ever experienced! Its selection offered everything you can imagine, and all of it was excellent quality. Also, the metro is right outside the hotel, and bus lines, too.

Hi, booked 2 rooms, in one the air is not served, I had waiting all day and at the end I changed room. The 2nd room had no fridge, we ask a pq we were traveling with a baby but we were told it was coming and we stayed for 3 days but nothing. The last night at 9am, someone opened the door of our room and when I went to reception to complain we were not surprised much. Take care of food for the hotel and asked for 2 coca colas and waited 10 minutes and nothing, call to cancel and in the end I had q to go out to look for them outside. The good thing that this hotel have this q to 2 minutes from the metro, otherwise fatal.

In my opinion, could qualify it and qualify it as a terrific hotel. Other persons who are or have been there, can you like them normal, or, just like any other. I can say that I loved it! Both the hotel design and modernity, and the staff! They were very friendly, especially the girl that we attended the arrival! I was at the beginning of September 2014.
