The location itself is the best selling point of this hotel. Its located right in the centre where all the places to visit are just walkable. I am a loyal customer of KFC and here I was surprised by the treatment they had because the sympathy shines because of their absence, bad faces and poorly organized, besides every single thing I asked had no idea and they were in a hurry to get rid of the customers, plus the dirty bathroom and smelled terrible, in short disappointing.

Old rooms, bit fractured furniture and air conditioning that needs to be cleaned… that's minuses. On other hand — great location & friendly staff plus restaurant/bar in the hotel.

Next to the metro and plaza Catalunya. Friendly staff and and reasonably priced room with breakfast included (basic buffet still good enough). Daily maid service. Very good bathroom and shower. Room was a bit small as it was next to the elevator (ask for the 02, 03, 04 instead). Bar restaurant downstairs serves good cheap coffee.

Recently we have been staying at this hotel located very close to plaza Urquinaona. It is not worth. Although it has a star, the category is hostel, or worse. The rooms facing the street are not soundproof, and this is very important, because on weekends the nightclub in front of them is at maximum and the noise you will rest. The hygiene of the rooms is minimal. The fair for them not to close the establishment. I'm from Barcelona and I think that offer this type of hotels to our visitors is to deceive them.

The strength of the hotel is the location. At 2 steps from p. De Cataluna and clean.
The rooms and bathrooms are not spacious, but comuqnue can go for a short break. Friendly front desk; breakfast to improve, but included in the price and cost.
