Very nice place, good treatment, ideal with good weather, spring and summer. On rainy days or with snow it changes a lot and the possibilities it offers in good weather, are reduced.

We are disappointed and feel cheated after our reservation in Turismo Rural Sant Marc. First of all we're lucky we contacted the hotel to ask a question, because this way we found out there was an overbooking. Nobody of the hotel contacted us. We've called Booking and the hotel and the owner asked 24 hours to find a solution. 26 hours later we had to call Booking again ourselves because we didn't get any information from the hotel. (To be clear, the Booking customer service was perfect… it's the people of the hotel that didn't inform us in any way) The bad experience continued upon our arrival. We got a room with a bathroom across the hall, while we booked a normal room with private bathroom inside the room. When complaining the guy told us this was the room of the special Booking offer; so it's always this room. Ok, we could accept this but this at least had to be mentioned in the Booking information we were thinking, because we would never book a room with bathroom across the hall. But, in the morning we had to find out via another person we actually got an "emergency room", a room they only use in special cases like overbooking. Which means we were lied to in our faces by the other person. Another unacceptable fact, you can at least be honest with your customers. It didn't finish there, we still had to discover the room and bathroom.

Great, idyllic, beautiful room, beautiful setting, swimming pool, quiet, a great place to rest or for a romantic stay.

Very nice stay, but it leaves a lot to be desired the staff experience although very attentive, they have almost nothing of the menu or bar, we had to buy drinks and pica pica in the village, we might have had bad luck,

Dreamy place. Old farmhouse, very well restored and decorated, surrounded by majestic trees, fields and charming corners to rest. With equestrian and golf course. The pool is very well located, with a single level of depth, with deckchairs that have mattresses and cushions.
But, the best by far, the treatment of its staff, of Max, the owner and manager, friendly and close; By Eduard, the chef, always ready to attend and satisfy the culinary whims and to explain his recipes (exquisite dishes and very well presented, MMMM, the cheesecake! ). And finally Santi. Sant Marc wouldn't be the same without Santi. From the first moment your attention to show me the facilities and for my comfort and well being I was very pleasantly surprised. This attention was accompanied by a close, friendly and at the same time discreet treatment, a way of attending to the clientele that can only be achieved when there is a great professionalism and at the same time a great person.
My stay, too short, has been a luxury!
I recommend some improvement: the possibility of having pillows slightly lower and soft for customers who request/room doors and bathrooms with good maintenance (3 in 1 or similar) as Squeak.
To improve, but of difficult solution, the noises: 1. Non-soundproof rooms, you will hear any noise from the other rooms.
2. Room doors are opened with key, and by keeping the old system is a scandal every time you open or close a door to some room.

Very nice establishment that offers horse rides around the property. The price is however a bit expensive (€17 for 10 minutes by horse + pony)
