The hotel is ok but a bit expensive. The staff is friendly but when charging some unpresentable. We were charged for a room with breakfast instead of a normal one, my fault I did not fix well, but when I went to claim her answer was Santa Rita Rita, having fixed you… As you may understand, I don't think it's a very professional answer on your part.
As for the site, if you have any disabilities, this is not your place.
And the passable rooms, somewhat old but acceptable.

Historic building right on the walls of Toledo, so is well situated to explore the city. Also good if you come by car. Underground parking close by makes it unnecessary to drive into Toledo, which would be a nightmare. Good breakfast and good restaurant on premises. The main drawback is the steps you have to climb with luggage to access the front door. However, the building is centuries old and is pleasant and comfortable.

Very good location to visit on foot the old town — splendid and full of history — the Hacienda is antiqued but overall it can go.

Beautiful hotel with very good location on the doors of the old town and easy access to the center through escalators. The gardens are beautiful although they were sloppy, the decor of the hotel uneven but charming at the end of the day. The rooms are large with a nice bed and a renovated bathroom. There were small details that made our night less comfortable than expected: when you get a strong smell of humidity in the room, a lot of noise through the walls and door (which are old and with lots of charm but let all the noise pass) ; As a result we slept badly. We had the bad luck that there was a water breakdown in Toledo and the hotel ran out of water. Here the reaction was good as we were offered all the bottled water we wanted. The breakfast I found pretty good but leftover the coffee and juice machine that make a terrible noise. I think they should make the coffee and juice in the kitchen and serve it at table. We found free parking nearby but the options that the hotel gives are either uncomfortable (blue area) or faces (private parking nearby)

The Hotel is spectacular but it is left and without caring. The walls are paper. I haven't been able to get any sleep because you hear everything. Plus the day I went the hotel ran out of water and I couldn't shower. Breakfast very expensive, with few things to choose from and super crappy and noisy machine coffee. A shame because the hotel has a lot of potential.

Excellent and long-running 3* plus hotel next to Toledo's City walls. Lovely north-facing gardens and many quiet places to sit and read both indoors and outdoors. Popular (and quite pricey) restaurant. Excellent downstairs tavern serving good-value raciones. Cheap and decent breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended if you want to stay in a proper Spanish hotel rather than an anonymous "International" box. Go for the suites if you can.

Have made an event of company us have prepared a room for them customers then have had a cuna-coctel in the terrace of the hotel and the customers have come out very satisfied.

Such a fantastic restaurant! The service was great and everything we had was delicious. Even the children's pasta was amazing with the Manchego cheese sauce.

Servicio excepcional. Comida deliciosa. Ambiente un poco lleno. Necesaria reserva previa.

Environment is beautiful any time of day or night, as if reality and the past through. If there is a barrier-free access is good, in and out is too inconvenient.

The location is perfect in the entrance of Toledo and excellent service.

The site is spectacular. Facilities at the hotel need a boost but very decent.

We leave to spend a weekend, we had been 2 years ago and have been surpassed, young people at reception, new facilities, and as always we enjoyed dinner on the terrace. Toledo this great and spectacular as ever, even with the heat we've had always have sites and new places to see. We will return to Toledo, safe.

Beautiful location. Suite with a pleasant terrace. The air conditioning is however quite noisy and needs to be switched off in the meantime. Cleanliness OK.
