No es que esté guarro, pero le falta un poco más de limpieza a las habitaciones. La ubicación es muy buena.

We stayed a couple of days and it was great. Central hotel, very close to the bus stop to get to the old town. The rooms were quite spacious. And the best the top-floor restaurant, with wonderful views just like the dinner we were served. That said, being on the weekend the menu cost 20 euros.

7 o's. 30 a. M. (and until 9 as far as I know) the torture of noise began. The beautiful park in front of the hotel is cleaned with leaf blowers first thing in the morning! I started the day with a headache. The rooms are ok… except lighting with cold LED light, more typical of a supermarket, and without bedside lamps : (
The restaurant is very nice, but the food is pity with a menu of I want and I can not.
The location is wonderful to visit this amazing city. Views from the sixth floor are the best.

Comfortable room and very clean. Quiet hotel despite its good location (the back street is full of shops and restaurants). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the room we had, spectacular.

Flirty hotel. In the center of Cuenca. Very helpful, friendly and attentive front desk staff. In front of a park with great activity and next to the main leisure road of the city (shops, banks, cafes…). A few meters from the historic center. It's worth walking around every corner.

Its location is perfect, located in the san Julián de Cuenca park, close to the shopping and services area. To access the old town, you have to overcome several quite forced slopes… but that's Cuenca. The restaurant is on the seventh floor, where you can enjoy great views, as well as having great breakfasts. The rooms have been rehabilitated, comfortable and very clean.
The staff is very nice and professional. The only drawback is the reception, they should make a bigger and more comfortable, with a better image of the business, since it is the first image that a company gives.

A hotel fiasco. The lady at the front desk is a bully who wants to impose her will. We were in a room that was a hideout. The windows gave off to chipped walls. Minimum room and smell untidy. Tapestries filthy everywhere even in the common areas. In front of the elevators have a upholstered armchair all stained with dirt that has never been cleaned. No air conditioning. A fright! Not to mention it's expensive for what it's like. I forgot the dirty sheets. There's no place to catch it.

Restaurant with beautiful views of the city of Cuenca. Quality food and friendly atmosphere. Very good value for money.

El hotel tiene todo lo que le puedes pedir a uno de su categoría. Limpio, su restaurante es genial y tiene unas grandes vistas. El punto negativo a mejorar es el aislamiento exterior e interior.

We have chosen this hotel for being centrally located and a 10 minute walk from the hanging houses. The room was on the third and had views of the medieval area. The atmosphere is cozy and as soon as you walk through the room the temperature is perfect. The bathroom has hair dryer, gel, towels. Everything you need to put a snag would be missing a toothbrush as there are other hotels where you can find it. And with the walls you have you hear a little noise.

A nightmare! The room at 14:15 in the afternoon was not done, and we went to see the city at 09:00 hours in the morning. The room for what is small and normal housekeeping. At 14:15 the dust of walking, we put to sleep the nap and to our surprise just above a baptism, noises of chairs and tables to run, heels… Even the men were to walk. Obviously finished the baptism have to clean… Horrible…

Very nice to be on the terrace practically with the views of the whole city. Lovely to have a coffee here.

There is such a nice place to stay some days.

Good location, located between the old Town and the most modern city. Difficult parking, unless you park in the parking lot that has agreement. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The breakfast was very good.

Very central hotel, we had a lovely view from our room. The room was comfortable. We had an excellent dinner in the lovely restaurant at the top of the building, with beautiful views. Breakfast was quite varied. Staff friendly.

The location is excellent, in the heart, shops, restaurants and next to the old Town… remember that you can not park nearby, everything is blue area. Taxis in front of the hotel.
Clean, excellent restaurant on the terrace overlooking the best of the beautiful city of Cuenca. Very good at organizing weddings.

Good location. Standard rooms, spacious bathrooms. Good cleaning. Beautiful views from the dining room. It only fails where the reception is minuscule.

The location is perfect if you will visit Cuenca. It is in the center of the city, you have nice bars around to enjoy a good cold beer. The rooms are big and really nice bathrooms. The service was ok. I could recommend this place.

Of the best places in the center of Cuenca for a day or two. It has beautiful views of the old part. It's very central, breakfast is good. He has a concert with a garage nearby.

Very central but very careless the hotel and more the restaurant.
The menu is very short without inbounds to share and the bread thawed and poorly thawed. We will not return.

We asked for a large room because we had a baby and the crib, we got a very wide room and helpful. The excellent treatment.

Very central and close to any tourist point; The old town is only a 15-minute walk away. The facilities are impeccable. The restaurant on the top floor is pretty good and not very expensive (breakfast is free buffet and costs €8, for example). The parking offered is the Plaza de España (on the same street) and has a price of about €13 for 24 hours. It is very spacious and you can go in and out as often as you want (it is a public parking). I would repeat it without hesitation.

We were my boyfriend and I spending the weekend and the hotel loved it. Good location, clean and friendly staff. On the seventh floor there is a cafeteria with a varied menu and a full breakfast buffet, although the best are the views from here are the city of Cuenca.
The room was spacious and with everything you need. The bed was big and very comfortable, we slept great.
The only negative thing is that the heating in our room didn't have a lot of power, but maybe it was something punctual.
In short: fully recommended!

Very spacious rooms… and we have come late for dinner and we have attended very very well… we are very happy to stay… to repeat and recommend.

God hotel with very good situation.

The hotel itself was great, good room, fantastic price etc. The problem was that they told us that it was a holiday and the parking was free. It wasn't and we got an 80 euro ticket.

Junior suite is great. Beds could be better but lovely room and great value :)

Perfect location. The hotel was just at the edge of the Historic centre and just in the modern centre. Next to the hotel there is a shopping street and another restaurants street for having some wines. The views from the hotel restaurant are great. See my pic. Big rooms and big bathrooms.

Really good location just at the edge of the old city. The rooms are large and clean. The 7th floor restaurant has good food and really good view. The internet speed is better then nothing.

Since we arrived at this hotel, everything went wrong. At the reception not asked us if we wanted room overlooking or anything. Had been tired of travel on bike many kilometers, nor a Word friendly.
Asked if they had a kit of shaving, and simply me said, not have, without flinching is. And the fatal breakfast, there was no orangeade when just 15 minutes from open dining room, and to ask the waitress to make me an espresso, I answered, now I can not because I have to prepare breakfast, when already by the half hour that should be all ready to serve.
Finally in this hotel I do not return.

Pillows were too thin for my taste, staff were excellent and room was otherwise comfortable. Nice big bathroom with shower.

Not is bad for a 3 star for the room. You need to be well sound-proofed; too many noises, heard the renovated bathroom. Worst breakfast, variety is excasa… Yet something best compared with the torremangana.

I spent three nights, the room was not very spacious, but everything was well taken care of, clean and it was comfortable. The bathroom was warm and gave a feeling of hygiene. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to the typical places to visit, to the side of the area of bars and restaurants but without being in the middle where there would be noise… The input is a bit disappointing, is very old and it seems that you are entering a hostel, crappy. However, once you go up the lifts, everything is renovated and with a good presence. The restaurant has spectacular views, but the food is regular fucking bad… The breakfast is good. A part of the hotel acts as a student residence, which is not very positive for the guest and occasional, as it has many ballots to hear a lot of noise at night. Another point against it is that it does not have its own car park. Leave the car in a paking public who has concluded the hotel, but does not have parking specifically for the cars of customers, so you should leave it in where it fits. To be a small car park and with movement, the car is not very protected against scratches or bumps of the other doors.

Triple room in the middle of the Basin for 53€! In addition to the room, upon entering, it was divided into a double bedroom to the left, and a single to the right. The bathroom very clean and full. In front of the hotel there was a blue area with a lot of space where to park. The guy on reception was very friendly. For me, a hotel of 10!

Hosted over three days in half-board. The best: Rooms spacious and clean. The staff of the restaurant gives a treatment very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast and dinner quality and abundant. The worst: there is No enabled zone at the entrance of the hotel to leave the car and unload the luggage. The parking is a hundred metres from the hotel and expensive. Just spend a couple of days there and it is great, well located with large rooms and comfortable, I do not understand that the air conditioning is turned off in the morning but the bathrooms are toasty that is no problem. The tapas area is 5 minutes away and the monumental zone 10. One thing I did not like is that you do not have area to park by the door of the hotel to unload the suitcases and the pillows are very bad!
