Good hotel, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, free buffet breakfast with lots of variety and very friendly workers. Only one hit, we arrived at 15:00 and our room was still not ready, when the check in time is at 14:00, but otherwise delighted.

Quiet Hotel. Comfortable room. A bit far from city center, about 25 minutes walk. Free parking, and has another payment.

Nice, well cared for, friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. Quiet too.

A very nice hotel gets from us five star rating. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. For the delicate, it is located in the industrial area next to a gas station there is a supermarket and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We had a very quiet room and slept superbly. We parked under the roof by motorcycle. However, there is an underground car park.

Easy to locate and access. Ideal for work or rest matters. Comfortable and attentive staff.

The rooms are great, the service is nice and has parking right in front of the hotel. It is secluded from the centre, but by car you arrive in 2min. Highly recommended.

Cosy (rooms and bathroom very clean), good service from the Hotel staff.
Just a short distance from the mall.
Next to the Hotel there is a petrol station and a McDonald's.
Buffet breakfast is plentiful, varied and quality.
We really enjoyed the instance.
I would repeat again.

A budget hotel, with good location and great service, the only downside to the area is not very touristic, but you can not ask more for what it costs. Has gas station and shopping center a few meters.

We had a very nice weekend at this hotel. Very spacious and clean room. All very cozy. Highly recommended.

Very good experience though not excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very negative to charge plus for uploading food ordered to the outside (pizza, etc). Rooms very comfortable and very neat, remarkable in that aspect. Terrible views, in my case a brick wall. Nice hotel.

A comfortable and quiet hotel. They offer a good breakfast. Something away from the center but well connected.

Good value for money Staff very friendly and very clean. The room is modern but for my taste the worst thing is the bed, with a base-frame with wheels that when you turn it moves and makes too much noise. One detail that I do not like is that they have the prices without VAT.

I think it's a great hotel. The deal on arrival was wonderful and the room amazing. Big and very comfortable. I recommend It. The only thing to go to the center of Cuenca is far… But with a car it doesn't take anything.
Also, they have a great thing and it is that underneath there is a McDonalds and you can upload the food to the room. There's Also a supermarket right across the street. Conclusion: Although it is in a polygon far from the center of the city it is totally worth it.

Clean and nice Hotel. Something expensive. Large Bathtub. They Didn't give me a double bed if I didn't two together. I was Able to check in something before the entry time at 14:00, something late for my taste. He Has a Gym. The TV is pretty small for a 4 star hotel. I really liked the swan Echo when You go in to the room. The situation of the hotel is very good as it is on the outskirts going to city center costs about €10 by taxi.

It's a little out of the way but it's a modern hotel that takes care of the details and quiet. We Had a great time and the staff were very friendly. Spacious and comfortable rooms. I Would recommend It if you pass through Cuenca.

Such good value. 2 nights in an executive room for €81. Can't beat it. It's in the new part of town but a 5-10 minute bus ride gets you to the Cathedral. Some great eateries locally too.

A cozy sooo place. People sooo Maja, a unique experience. The hotel has a gym that you can download if you want to be located on the ground floor, and in the rooms you have a piece of bathroom! It's great and they give you some gels so you can use them!

The location is spectacular because it is near a McDonald's where you can eat. Also is near the center. Rooms are also ok with a huge bathroom and 1 big bed and 1 smaller bed. The service could be better.

We stayed for two weeks, the vastness of the room made it more comfortable for the long stay. Well in cleaning and customer care. A bit far from the historic center of Cuenca. There is a Mcdonald's a few meters away and a shopping centre with a cinema in the vicinity.

Modern Hotel, very comfortable and clean. The only downside might be its location in the Polygon.

The hotel looks well maintained, the room is big and the bathroom spacious. The breakfast has been very good. I give it 3 stars because for the price it has for some details I did not go with the feeling of being in a 4 star hotel. The location is good in terms of accessible and easy to reach, but the environment was not pleasant to me and is far away from the center.

Good hotel, fairly new, good size, good TV, Fridge, hair-dryer, ideal for workers with a car because it has parkng for free. The only downside is Wi-Fi is very slow.

Business Hotel, modern and quiet, was significant about the breakfast which is quite generous although it is true that the end of the week the dining room was up and had to be replenished continuously. As a negative note it does not have its own kitchen to provide dinners and meals, only provide you with the letter of the pizzeria and hamburgueseria nearby as room service. Otherwise in general you can park easily, except for the weekend nights which to be located to the side of a McDonalds with McAuto was full of cars and you have to move around a little more.

Before it was a hotel BC of the marble green that was all the same, the hotel is very good and has a reasonable price, it offers continental breakfast and is opposite a mcdonalds and other restaurants, has free parking.

Very pleasant stay in the exe Basin, the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very rich. The only problem is how far it is from the center.

Wonderful stay, hotel very comfortable, the lovely bathroom with a bath tub super wide. Friendly staff, unbeatable. The only drawback is the parking which is quite complicated. We will return for sure.

Very friendly and room very cool, the only downside is that the call I asked for a double bed and they told me they could not book that went by availability and when you arrive they gave me a room with two beds, telling me that I had to warn before. But in general the experience has been positive.

Recommended, the parking is shared with the Mc Donals. Does not have a restaurant.

Great for its price. A must have car because it is on the outskirts and on the opposite side of the old town of the City.

THE good news: The quality/price ratio is very good. The staff is very nice and also has a gas station next door (Repsol) as well as a Mcdonald that you can get a trouble although certainly best is to taste the cuisine of basin.
THE bad: It has parking although it is from my small point of view, feels a bit old and small improvements and refurbishment of rooms make you lack.
