A lot of noise in room 107 commented on it at reception and have doubted it and arrive at 13 hours and have given me the room at 15 am the service of the waiters very well the reception very bad.

We just went to the hotel restaurant for lunch. Slow service, very slow. It took them a long time to serve us. By 4 p. M. They had already collected everything and there were no beds. We ordered artichokes from the Roman, thinking it would be similar to the Roman squid, but we were served artichokes in a sauce. The hotel may be very nice but, to eat, it is better to do it somewhere else.

Hotel recommended. Its location is great, the breakfast buffet they have is not very big but they cover practically everything. Very friendly staff, especially one of the waiters who served us dinner. Thanks for the pacharán ;). The only downside I put to this hotel is the mattress, pretty bad.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. Stunning views from the room, facing an avenue with a termlet, central but the room was soundproof! Amazing everything, the décor of the amazing, beautiful and huge rooms, I will definitely return to this hotel. The best I've ever been.

A perfect place whether on vacation or for one night. Friendly and humane treatment from reception through cafeteria and management. They fixed all our concerns and eated great with better service. I'll definitely come back every time I come to Valladolid.

We had dinner Muu well and we attended phenomenal one of the waitresses. The menu is very varied and good price. We'll be back safe.

The rooms were comfortable and comfortable. The cleanliness was correct and the service was very attentive. For putting a but the access to the parking although it must be recognized that was very ingenious.

And although it did not belong to the hotel, the best of all is that there is a public parking in the same square.

A small hotel with very good location, very handy and close to everything you need a weekend in Valladolid. The superior room is worth it because it has a balcony with the views of the photo, the rooms on the other side are darker and some have window on the ceiling. We did not have breakfast there because nearby there are very good and cheaper places than the hotel buffet breakfast.

Nice hotel, very modern and well located. Near to the city center of Valladolid. The only thing to considered is the parking option, 16€ day.

We went to eat by being close to the place that we visited, the burger, mine tasted bad, in addition to being a mazacote of meat in a pan too large, the rest either praised the steak, nor the risotto and the pasta commented that it was dry, that if the caps that put us and the sandwich plant were great.

Parking is terrible and narrow.

Nice Hotel with very good location in the center of Valladolid. The staff were Very friendly and attentive. Clean and very correct Rooms, we were in a superior with tub and all very nice and very comfortable. Breakfast 8, €5 buffet free and all very good, apart from the typical buffets things enough homemade biscuits.

Central location, good service and cheap to be 4 star but poor maintenance: cast lights, air conditioning does not work, beds in bad condition; Very small wardrobe with few hangers (4) and no safe.

We ate properly a large group of people who joined us, reserving previously. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very good. We missed a place to change our baby. Otherwise correct.

Right in the heart of Valladolid close to all amenities and tourists attractions & sights etc. Rooms were spotless, staff were very friend and willing to help with any requests. I definitely recommend!

Nice décor, unbeatable location, nice restaurant staff a theme to improve in a four star is the theme cleanliness! You can't have curtains without hooks and full of dust!

I came to know the city and stayed at this hotel. Its location is perfect, has parking and the service is excellent. The rooms are very large and comfortable, the Wi-Fi is very fast and the restaurant is very good.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of valladolid. The rooms are decorated in a modern and stylish way. The must being parking (in the city center is significant) which uses an elevator to go down the car in the parking lot. Caution the windows facing the plaza de España can be a bit noisy at night because very lively. The hotel is however well soundproofed.

We have state 2 nights with the children and everything perfect. Perfect cleaning, perfect situation. Despite being located in a square no noise, very well soundproofed. Modern and good access, and very friendly people.

Is a hotel this q on the street montero calvo, a good area of valladolid, novi rooms.

We stayed at this Hotel, room access card did not work. The Hall lights that give access to the room work sometimes… On the last one-day room was left open room… In the end is not what you would expect from a 4 star Hotel.

We have been in the restaurant, and it was wonderful! Good experience!

The beds were very comfortable, very full bath, looked good TV and Wi-Fi was going fast.

Special mention for the enormous hall as well as the restaurant, where you can enjoy gourmet dishes in your daily menu from €14 to today's date. Booking in advance and taking advantage of their offers and promotions you can get super prices. I'll be back the next time you have to help me in Valladolid ;)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. People were very helpful and some of the front desk staff spoke English. Great location.
