Excellent hotel, I loved it, the spectacular breakfast, everything very careful, the staff pending to make you spend an unforgettable stay.

The hotel, and after knowing many and very varied is not to be a 4 stars. Many flaws. The restaurant service is deplorable, unsymaned, very slow and the food very expensive for a quality that is not so much, it is quite mediocre. Breakfasts are varied, but the saying warm/price does not match.
The spa is fine but it is small, I have seen them of the same stars and less much better, including circular showers is, and nás services that here you must pay separately and it is not cheap. You can not make the circuit of contrasts more than two by two, a ridiculous criterion in my opinion.
Misleading advertising because they mention a winery that seems to exist and is not open to the public. In wine region and promote tourism of the wine wheel and I take advantage of the subject

We had a 3-hour thermal circuit, the water was cold, we complained and we were told they were looking at it… but that was the water inside barns… I've gone more times and there's never been water like this, more people complained, but they gave us long saying they were looking at it, and all they did was put their hand in or a laser thermometer. I left without bathing and without being given a solution.
Disappointing and not recommended at all.

The thermal pool, bad customer service, without giving solutions to the complaints raised. Pool water with inadequate temperature both in and out of the water, cold as well as changing rooms and bathrooms.

A very well equipped spa hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The phenomenal massage part and the thermal jet pool is pretty good. I recommend a getaway.

Our dining experience was amazing. First and foremost, our waitress was one of the best ever. We were at a private luncheon and every course was served in a most timely manner. The food was excellent. The grounds were very well manicured and very inviting. I hope to return real soon to take advantage of all amenities!

A nice and quite place to take a relax weekend or more days. I recommend to choose some treatment in the balneario. The employees are nice and polite. It's a good choice.

It Draws the attention of this spa, that despite being always present with events type weddings, etc… When you are staying, you don't notice that these events exist. They'Re totally separated from the rest. The Spa is very careful with plenty of options to take advantage of the time, outdoor area as well. Pretty, pretty full. The staff is not that friendly, it's helpful. The Breakfast buffet is more than complete. There Are all very varied. The Restaurant, is not at all the typical hotel, is well attended, well presented, and with very good cuisine. It can Only be reproached that they remove or dismantle tables being still the diners. The prices of the restaurant, good, perhaps somewhat excessive in the wine list. Cafeteria Price, right.

We went to a wedding and spent the weekend. Great deal. Quiet despite going with children. The thermal circuit very relaxing. With wearing the bathing suit enough. They leave you the bathrobe, the hat and the slippers. The breakfast buffet was very good. Coffee machine with capsules. The room was spacious. We had a view of the belfry where there are three stork nests. It's pretty soundproof so you don't hear noise from the outside. It has free parking.

This place is amazing! The baths are amazing, the best spa I've seen in Spain, gorgeous outdoor pool (with thermal water so it's like swimming in the sea, minus the jellyfish and sharks) and beautiful historic building. These balnearios of Castilla Termal are Spain's best kept secret.

Restaurant: A taste of too little in the plates.

We have been my husband and I this weekend at the spa and we have been delighted with everything: the spa is big and nice, we did the circuit of contrast and were very happy of the experience and above all very relaxed; the dinner spectacular, we liked the dishes that we chose; the room large and comfortable, the bed very comfortable and spacious; and the staff very attentive and friendly at all times. A good weekend to disconnect and relax, which is what we wanted. Without a doubt, we will repeat as soon as we can. A greeting.

In a beautiful setting the thermal waters rejuvenate you and give you a very soft skin.

At the moment I only speak badly since the limited number of rooms for parents with children that it is virtually impossible to book, unless you do it months in advance and I prefer to book later even paying a little more.
He problem not is that has much demand, the problem is that not have known sizing properly its capacity to what demand them customers, because rooms double abound and can book them up to the same day before.
It is ironic that on any page it goes on this chain as a company "child friendly", perhaps should continue devoting to third age tourism as they did in the past this type of hotels…

It is the second time we will (won't be the last) while for dates there has been slightly more people, Spa is wonderful for its treatment, facilities and restaurant, breakfast is unique, now even has letter to ask at the time scrambled, eggs or omelets. The service is excellent and the staff of 10. Thank you for a great relaxing days.

Pretty good, only put the downside that it strangely entered the room when they wanted, to replenish the minibar and leave chocolates.

Nice place, nice atmosphere. We went to receive a relax treatment at the spa. It was really pleasurable. However, it was a bit too expensive for the service we received.

If you want to do a weekend getaway, this ideal. Good service and excellent price, the village is small but you can grab a beer without problem.

My five days in this spa experience has been exceptional. The personal attention received by the staff of the Spa has provided me a few pleasant days of stay. The room, the dining room, the cafeteria, the thermal swimming-pool, are deserving of a high note.
Only a rebuke, prices, although I am aware that the good thing there is to pay it.

The building is beautiful and is also in a great location to learn the secrets of a town like Olmedo and surroundings.

Ideal to relax and enjoy the gastronomy and the Castilian landscape coupled with phenomenal thermal facilities with some great deals. If you are looking for a "kit-kat", this is a perfect place.

This Spa has always liked me, but this time the mudejar courtyard has been one disappointment was all cold.
