Magnificent restaurant and magnificent Luis, who owns it. We were recommended by the locals because we wanted to taste the best steak of Avila in the Sierra de Gredos, we moved 60km to get here and try it. I must say it was worth it, meet Luis, let us guide by his suggestions and his know-how, was more than a steak, as the rest of the dishes were at the height of the event, especially the Revolconas and dessert, which were French toast to his style, and say it's one of the best desserts I've ever tasted.
Well-cooked steak, well-presented, well-flavored, phenomenal piece of meat.
We went out delighted with the visit, we will visit the safe Dehesilla again.

We were here this weekend, I'd been there. All perfect, a 10 in all. Luis the owner is very friendly, attentive and pleasant.

A big snowfall fell and we were just 3 km from the hotel. Luis, the owner, came for us and when we finished our stay, still with lots of snow, he accompanied us to safe area. The hotel, the room, the bed, the food and Luis and his family, spectacular.

How well Jonathan Sánchez Paniagua commented before the issue of children on his page so I have observed lets me make reservations with children which I do not understand because this guy has not been allowed to do it.

Very Good food, excellent steak, and very good selection of wine. The service without complaint. The price is not cheap, not expensive, just right. Super recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The same bathroom. Very good restaurant, 5 forks.

A place to disconnect from the noise and hustle and bustle of madrid, it eats wonderfully the comfortable clean hotel. Totally recommendable. Luis its owner charming and friendly and very close with customers. I came home very happy. I'll be back for sure.

Very Familiar and welcoming. Rooms are simple and old but clean. The great breakfasts and the spectacular kitchen. I will come back.

What can I say. I loved everything. Both the hotel and the restaurant. The food was very good and the owner of the place very attentive and friendly. If you enjoy eating something you wouldn't do every day this is your place. We'll definitely be back.

The scouts are not welcome. The treatment of the owner towards the parents and children of the scouts camped in the area who came to the hotel where they were staying parents, to rest for a couple of hours and take a shower on the day of parents, it was embarrassing. As he argued, the water and the oil of two showers children will cost a lot of money (even though we wanted to say how much he had for those showers). We deal with bad education, with a voice too high, in front of children and other clients. He said that he did not want Scouts in your hotel, and I, since then, I would not recommend to anyone that was. Ah! and careful with the amount of showers that you give to the day! not going to be that you spend a lot of water and fuel and you take of your hotel.

Very good place. Note that it is recently renovated and is very comfortable. The friendly staff also great.

We spent a weekend, really extraordinary. The staff fantastic, a lot of cleaning and attention. And the food really very good and refined. Thank you Louis for making us feel so well. What I recommend.

Hello, I have been a couple of times in La Dehesilla, and not by a long shot is where it shows the map, it is a bit more to the north, in the village of Barajas, pegadito to Navarredonda de Gredos, located in The Arenal. Yes, once well-located, highly recommend, accommodation and restaurant is well worthwhile, I'll be back again.
