Old hotel, good location, near cathedral in Segowia.

Los baños parece que están en los suburbios del hotel y por lo demás trato adecuado.

They have made us a coffee, and we took 10 m hoping q will bring the ice. Lousy service.

The hotel is centrally located, very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is not very big but very nice adorned. The big, only bad thing is that the bidet is too attached to the wall. Otherwise, great everything.

The location was excellent, the staff very attentive and friendly, and the room in oh a that we were very spacious and to highlight the cleanliness, everything was spotless and very well maintained, despite not being a modern hotel. The only drawback is that the room we were given had no view of the square and the air conditioning was split (a little lazy), although it was very quiet and perfect to rest well which is what I was looking for.

Very good location and very good service, all perfect … Attention, service and cleaning. 100% recommended.
For 15o you have a garage for the car that is not bad option for as this the theme of parking in Segovia… All payment areas … blue, green etc…

Good hotel located in the center of The center of Segovia in front of the cathedral and 4 minutes from the aqueduct. I don't put a 5 because the floor roars when you are stepped on and you wake up and the hot shower water is not hot. I recommend it for those who like to be in the city center but do not burn their skin in the shower.

We had a beautiful rom overlooking the main square. The rolls are well-appointed and the staff is friendly and efficient. Excellent value. I would definitely stay here again.

A magnificent hotel in the city center. Ideal for visiting the city. Very well preserved, but some detail indicates its antiquity. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To put a but, the breakfast has little variety and the place a little sparse. The rooms depend on the one that touches you in luck. Mine's ten.

Very nice room and very accommodating. We needed a room at 3 am, and they were able to help. They also had a tasty and reasonably priced breakfast available.

Comfortable and conveniently located on the Plaza mayor. Conveniently the private chauffeur system that is responsible for going to park your car once the luggage is deposited.

Hotel very well situated, somewhat expensive parking, but good service and valet parking. Rooms large and comfortable. The service is very friendly and helpful, the bad is that they close the bar very early and do not have an area where you can work with laptops. They have free Wi-Fi with good coverage throughout the hotel.

A place downtown in the plaza mayor rooms, clean and comfortable. It is close to everything ; Alcazar, the Cathedral, the Museum of Antonio Machado, etc. Reception staff was friendly. The only thing that the time to start serving the breakfast is from eight in the morning onwards it is not all served but the girl from the coffee shop very attentive.

Quality/reasonable price. Superb situation. We have been two times in different rooms: the first largest that faced the plaza (a little more noisy but the insulation is good), the second gave one of the streets and it was a little more quiet. Breakfast included no great shakes. It is also advisable to get to the plaza in car hire and parking.

Need some reformilla and that will put you toothbrush disposable. Otherwise, pretty good. The bed comfortable, the pillows exceptional and a bed of 180 makes the evening pleasant.

Very good value for money, moderately varied buffet, spacious rooms and very good atmosphere.

The room is very spacious with a kitchen provided. The view was not the best and €8 per person for breakfast is simply not worth the price for the extremely limited menu.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Plaza Major and next door to the cathedral. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious, clean and warm, which was very much appreciated with the snow outside. Only fault was the Restaurant menu was very limited and seating was very cafeteria like. Not a problem as there are so many bars and restaurants within yards of the hotel.

The staff were very squared, the breakfast was very good and the TV was very nice.

We spent two lovely nights in this amazing hotel, with a spacious corner room facing the plaza, and enjoyed hearing the town hall clock bells chime. The room has cute antique radios mounted on the wall.

Love the location and service. Corner room on 4th floor has fabulous view of plaza and cathedral. Only negative, my bathroom could use an upgrade but the in room expresso service makes up for it.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was friendly. The bedroom was really comfy and warm, since I went in the winter and they had the heater on. The bathroom is quite good and overall the room was really spacious.

Back after some fifteen years and its hardly changed apart from rooms being updated. Great location for a two night stay. Right next to the cathedral and facing the Plaza Mayor.

This is a great hotel, with a historical feel to it It has a friendly atmosphere from the time you check in and through out your stay. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and air conditioned. Our room looked over the central square and the Cathedral. The buffet breakfast had a large array of food so that you could have a filling meal. We would end our evening sitting outside the front of the hotel enjoying drinks and the atmosphere of the Plaza Major.

Most charming and beautiful place ever. Breakfast is amazing. Pay for it. Seriously. I want to live here forever. Can I give it 6 stars?

A beautiful hotel, in the middle of the Plaza Mayor. Rooms, a monad, big, nice, clean. With a very romantic and cosy decoration style.
As a gift, they put us krupps coffee, cups and several capsules, more free water in the fridge.
A hotel which has many details and charming. Whenever we are going to Segovia again.

Tapas and drinks in the bar! Service was quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Try the bocadilla! For each drink that you order the server will give you a choice of two tapas to go along with your drink at no additional charge.

In the heart. Very good hotel. To enter the local police took me. 5 stars for the police.
