Fabulous hotel by the Roman Aquaduct in Segovia. It is an old monastery with many of the original features in tact. English is spoken and the staff are very welcoming. Easy downhill walk into the centre of town, which also has a beautiful cathedral and a castle.

Lovely hotel far removed from the usual cloned corporate style accommodation set in a former monastery, thereby providing a unique experience. Set menu is only 25€ per person which includes large glass of wine each + water and superb bread rolls. Excellent food too. Highly recommended.

We ate the menu and everything was good. The original and well designed dishes. The only thing we ordered for a perk a plate of ham and did not have, a little incomprehensible in a 4 star hotel and restaurant.

Nice and quiet hotel, the rooms are very nice, have a free and covered parking area, it is a few meters from the first stone of the aqueduct and 10 minutes walk from the remote area of the aqueduct, so you can go for a walk from the beginning you have the end of the aqueduct. The restaurant very good everything we ordered, suckling pig included in the menu. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff but I find it very expensive for as the rooms are, at least the one that touched me. It was clean but it was very basic and the view to a courtyard with nothing. Breakfast was good.

Not bad… Very close to the historic center, its cloister terrace is very nice. It looks luxurious, it is nice and breakfast buffet is very good. But in Segovia in summer it is very hot, and it is unfortunate that the air conditioner makes so much noise that you can not put it at night. In addition to us we had a small accident with the crib, our baby fell and got stuck between the mattress and the crib bar… Anyway, I think they have a budget for better, newer cots pq the one they put us was pretty old. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They just need to improve a little bit!

Beautiful remake of old monstery, contrating wonderful antique wood ceilings and high-tech shower. Great restaurant, ate cusine at the end of long visiting day then happily crawled to our rooms!

I have only eaten there and phenomenal the food with a lot of detail and good taste and very well prepared and the great deal. The Palace is very nice is a cozy place.

The place is beautiful for a drink, both inside and in the courtyard but the table service is very slow and priced not very cheap. One very good thing you have is the parking lot as by the area it is difficult to park.

Good place to stay if you want to VSIISTSR Segovia. If you book directly from the hotel page, you have free parking. It has a good restaurant, which for 25/30 €, depending on the day of the week, eats very well.

Near the center. Friendly staff. Room, something small and very dark as it corresponds to an old monastery with lousy soundproofing. You hear the conversation between rooms. Dining room: One more coffee is missing. Too much glue to get a coffee.

The room was very good and the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very good. We asked for room change and the deal was horrible from the front desk, we were treated like we were doing a favor and on top with very bad face. Room was clean, breakfast was alright. Staff didn't help, at all, to clear the snow or get our cars out of the parking lot.

Magnificent Hotel, it is an old monastery, the rooms retain the old doors of the cells, the beds have canopy, from the corridor you see the cloister where you can have a drink. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Very friendly staff. Definitely a good option to spend the night in Segovia. We stayed for a couple of days and were delighted.

Very well decorated. The food in the restaurant very good and the place is very cozy. Ideal for a getaway. They have menu between diary that does not come out very expensive. Open at 13:30 the restaurant and you have to book to avoid surprises.

Room: Stylish furniture with good beds, minibar, Wi-Fi (unsecured), safe, airco and clean bathroom with amenities. Services: Breakfast and diner are very good! Second time for us to stay. Hotel is tastefully decorated with quality linen and beds. Lots of breakfast items and plenty of it. The staff are very pleasant and friendly and our room 2014 was big. Would recommend it and would stay there again.

Really loved this hotel! Fantastic warm decor, like stepping into a royal palace. Used to be a monastery but now is a hotel. Artifacts and decor reflect this. The room was so comfortable, cool airconditioning on a hot day, very warm/soft linen and modernized bathroom. Everything clean and perfect. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It's in a great location, 10 min walk to the Aqueduct. Parking is included and free. Loved the breakfast also but didn't have a chance to try the restaurant for lunch or dinner as I was busy touring Segovia! Thanks for the wonderful stay, will come back here again.

Wonderful hotel attached to a convent. Rooms surrounding the courtyard are best. Don't forget to visit the convent while you are there.

Hotel is clean and value for money. Location is not closed to attraction thus car is needed. Breakfast is excellent. The Restaurant serves delicious meal and the set meal at €25 with wine, water and bread, is fantastic value. Can't finished the food, just too much.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and quiet, the breakfast is a buffet size medium but you may need. The staff was friendly. To put small inconvenient but unimportant is that being the full restaurant for that night, we asked the hotel anywhere was well for dinner, reply: "That you have to go to the Center". Hala there without more.

The atmosphere of peace that I liked. Wonderful breakfast in the quality of products and diversity. The staff of employees. We had a day of accommodation and not had any problem with leaving the car in the parking lot 4 hours permitted for sightseeing around the city. The aqueduct begins at 50 metres from the hotel. 100% recommended.

Scammers. Rooms small and in poor condition. Upon arrival the cistern of the room did not work, leaving the urine and feces in the toilet. Very bad attention. They didn't have another room to give us so that we had to leave the hotel. I had a charge on the card by consumed from the mini bar when it did not. Denounces implementation to the police for fraud.

The site is beautiful and very good food. Great wine list and variety. Value for money, excellent. As unique but that menu do not change it very often, although they have dishes that rotate out of letter. A place to do no wrong.

Even if it is outside, it is a very rewarding experience of hotel in the former monastery. On foot, you can walk via aqueduct in the UNESCO World Heritage Segovia.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very helpful and informative when we asked them questions. The breakfast was continental and was fabulous. A great way to start the day and a lovely break with my boyfriend.

Food of great quality and excellent service, I was there in a holy communion of my cousin, and it seemed to me a very suitable place for this kind of acts, my family in general also came out very happy and satisfied with the food, a sitiio highly recommended for all of this celebrations, the price is not what is because they do not pay me.

I've only enjoyed the restaurant service and cafeteria, but if the hotel and rooms are of the same level, I can advise you. The both is pretty good, good and complete wine list and the desserts very good. In the cafeterïa you can ask for something to nibble on as well as a few drinks well served. Free Wi-Fi.
