I loved it. All phenomenal. Dinners here and the great artichokes. Very nice and modern rooms. The service could be friendlier but they are very correct.

The beautiful hotel, 1 single person to cater to all, is impossible. Reception, restaurant and bar.

Horrible, painful management. Who believes that there has been a computer error in the bookings of 8 rooms done by different people, for one night, 6 months ago? Now they tell us that all were reserved before. What they want is that other people, the book for a full weekend. It is clear that you are going so badly that losing a night's booking them sink even more. At this point of the year, since there are no other accommodations available in the area and these guests are unable to go to a family event very important. I'm not stepping on that site, and of course, I'll count this unfortunate experience to the entire town of Ayllón, because shame gives me that "hotel" take the name of this town of which I am proud. Mancháis your reputation.

I am a partner of one of the affected reservation "wrong" has been done in this hotel for the event of July. Are presentable, after 6 months after making the booking, now it is poorly made? Please, a little professionalism; on this site, it certainly shines by its absence.

Very bad experience.
Six months ago I booked a room for a very important event in July, and today by email tell me that the reservation is not valid, when I was provided with the reservation number, I gave my card number… and I did all the necessary steps to ensure that night was going to Tene R the room available.
Before my claim, I am told that there has been a computer error… and that there is no availability "casually" for that night.
Total, I've run out of accommodation for the deplorable management of this site.

A real scam! A tease! An injustice of the hospitality for the guests we paid for a 4 star hotel. It is a shame that someone dedicates to put something like this, and then be a scam the issue of services! A single person throughout the hotel, you have to look for life for a lot of things, very poor attention. Zero Care! A lousy care on the part of the owners, scarce in the service of waiters, cleanliness, customer service, reception, room services, etc. Etc. Etc. Very cumbersome, in reception with a sign that says you call, instead of being someone there pending. We were going to stay four nights, and had to suspend because we were totally disappointed and as if we had been teased. The owner, or owner, or whatever, making excuses, which were also a lie. It bothers Me when they want to charge you the price of something that is supposed to be a good service, and they don't have it at all. I see that almost all the comments already say the same. Yes it is nice but in a hotel, they are expected above all services, and more in a four star. Or they put more staff, or that site is coming down because of the dislikes, and negative reviews that have been made of this hotel these days when I have been. A disgrace to Segovia and my country! Please change owners and get professional people to carry on a project as magnificent as this could be. I'm not coming back.

I put 2 stars that although the hotel is nice, we went to breakfast and the waiter has not greeted, nor has responded to our good morning, nor to ask for the account has said anything. I was in a mood, but at least after paying thanks.

A marvel the place, and more its people, has always treated us as if we were in
our house.

Very ancient building but totally modern inside with quality furniture and exellant taste. Very good aircon. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Locals were not friendly at all.

Care in fatal restaurant that catches orders them very unpleasant and edge we were going with children and I call them attention x stand up from the table, the food between the first and the second gave us time to do almost to digestion.

An excellent stay we will return.

Both the environment (the village is beautiful) as the hotel and the rooms have charming. If is true that not usually have no one in reception, but if flames you cater to the instant.
