We were at the prom dinner and it was spectacular. The dressing room was enviable, the food of 9 because it was slightly cold. The facilities are worthy of an NH, with super cool stairs and a very nice interior patio.

The architecture and decoration of the hotel does not detract from its surroundings, overlooking the cathedral from my room, spacious, comfortable, good service, good breakfast… A good choice!

I can only speak of a dinner made in one of the hotel rooms. Very happy with the treatment received throughout the event, and the flexibility when doing activities within it. The quantity and quality of the food seemed appropriate in relation to price/quality, and I would definitely repeat doing another event in the same place.

The deal in this hotel is excellent, they give us all the facilities to be able to carry out our work. Definitely highly recommended.

Located next to the cathedral. You see when you go out into the yard. The facilities are in perfect condition.

Recently it has been refurbished, has improved greatly, the room decorated very modern, very light, very comfortable, added plugs to the tables, something they did not have, good wardrobe, with a huge and modern TV.
A but: in the bathroom have changed the shower (which is fine) but the rest has been poor and empty, no bidet, you see the holes of the previous sconces and no heating.
Breakfast was good and the attention too.
Maybe it's a bit noisy, anything that happens in the large hall is heard enough.

The building is very nice but the accesses not so much, if you go with a baby cart you will have to go up 10 or 12 steps.

The room, correct, what you would expect from a four star hotel. What I liked the least was the door to the room that had a lot of slack and when people went through the hallway it moved causing a rather annoying noise.
The parking is very difficult to access and quite complicated to get up and down the ramp, plus the price I found quite expensive, more than €18.
What I liked the least was that they were of renovations and the noises of the workers were heard from the room.

This hotel used to be a kastil or palace but transformed into a hotel. Located in the center of Salamanca city. It is very close to Universidad de Salamanca and the centre of UN heritage Salamanca Katedral. You can find many restaurant and shopping place to buy souvenir from this city.

It's a hotel pass. The truth is that it is located in an unbeatable area. The entrance hall is impressive. The truth is that the furniture was quite viejete and outdated but I know they are reforming it at this time so sure it gives a brutal change. It is worth staying in a hotel located in a building of such a long life. Very well.

Good location to visit the city and with parking just a little cramped. At night you might be woken up by your room neighbor when going to the bathroom because you will hear until the last drop and the peal of the drain. Hallucinating. The price seems excessive.

Excellent service, room was good and location could not have been any better. Only real problem is the parking, it's very tight so you better have some decent skills to get in there. I would definitely return here.

Great hotel, staff was very helpful. Most the rooms directly overlook the Cathedral Nuevo. Parking is a little crazy so if you have a large car you should probably talk to the staff and they can help you out. I would definitely stay again.

Nice frame in front of the san Esteban convent. Nice space at the entrance with patio under canopy for a drink to calm. Regional cuisine restaurant. No access for people in wheelchairs because entrance with stairs (20 steps)
Our room had no view but was quiet, medium sized with bathroom redone. Large TV with 1 channel in french, basic free Wi-Fi. Pay for drinking flow. Nice but sheets too narrow. Bath and toilet linens worn! Little friendly (no help then we arrived with 2 suitcases and a wheelchair) does not deserve 4 stars according to Swiss standard. But is located near the Center.

Very central and in a lovely setting as its inner courtyard, but I have not had the functional outcome full of stairs (even inside the room) and the TV channels practically do not see.

Perfect location. I do many four-star. Three would would be better, although it touches the four. We were in room 111, interior, gave to the ramp of the garage and to the cathedral. The corridor to be of a wooden floor, I think it was not original restored (would justify the wood) was quite noisy. Perhaps the guest who was walking with high heels was the problem and not so much the ground. Also guests under the age of ten years, a coincidence that there were several families. Poor them and rude parents that far from controlling them, let them let off steam. Except for that, the room and others well, no frills or anything remarkable. We were among the 31/03 and the 2/04 2015. I think that the layout of the rooms in a four star hotel, you must obey mainly to guests are located by plants evenly. Couples without children in the same area, families with children runners/screaming in the other, so that there is no interference in any sense, nor alterations in the different rhythms and rhythms of sleep.

The NH Palacio de Castellanos is a hotel which enjoys a perfect location in the historical centre of Salamanca, next to the Cathedral and the convent of San Esteban. The building is very nice, with an interior courtyard that conveys tranquility as well as spectacular views, since, if you stay in a room that overlooks the garage, you can see the Cathedral of Salamanca. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, very clean and neat. The stay was very pleasant and we could rest after visits to the city during the day. Very pleased with the experience.

Bad very bad service, just got to enter the hotel and I have done in bad ways, a very impolite woman, already not again come and do not recommend it to anyone. Very poor service.

I had the pleasure of staying here during a work conference. The room was very good and had everything I needed. The staff were extremely pleasant and professional even when we returned at 4am one morning. The only negative is the lack of free Wi-Fi in the room, even the free Wi-Fi in the reception was a pain to use.
