I think I have nothing to object to during my stay at the hotel: spacious and comfortable room and really attentive staff, both at reception and in café and restaurant with good value for money. The proximity to the city's sights adds a point in its favour. The transformation of a former convent and later distillery to hotel establishment has been a success. Totally recommendable.

Very cozy. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are large and clean. It's very quiet. It is very close to the center, in just 5 minutes you are in the main square and it is next to the river. Totally recommendable.

Nice place to go and good location.

I am outraged, I stay 5 nights, the first 2 days (Monday, Tuesday) eating in the awesome hotel, the following days changes in the kitchen and a catastrophe, the same dishes poorly made and worst presented. What a pity a good hotel with a kitchen disaster. I'm no longer surprised that customers don't eat at the hotel.
To be fair the service was very friendly and helpful.
And how they can have only a menu of 4 first and 4 seconds for an entire week. A little more variety.
We had to have dinner outside by Thursday.
On Friday we went down to dinner and returned 2 dry fish dishes.

Zamora is a very nice city with a lot of history and this can be a good place to stay for the next visit.

Very good hotel. Located 5 minutes from the center from one side and 5 minute from the river from another, have huge rooms with big bathrooms. The staff was very helpful. They don't have any parking place but the surrounding area if full with free parking places. The breakfast is a buffet and is a good one.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is built on an old factory and preserves part of its machinery, tower and tools. A different place to make funny pictures.

Good restaurant. Excellent for weddings and special events. Lots of variety and lots of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You only notice the flaw in an unpractical room. The columns remove vision and for a wedding subtraction. The top floor fixes something, but it keeps you away from the grooms. As hotel, good rooms, but more expensive than others of similar level. The proximity to the noble and tourist area of Zamora is fairly paid.

NH format. Located next to the river wants to be cozy but it stays "cold". It doesn't have a mini gym.

Great the enclave in what was a factory, very modern dependencies very comfortable, cleanliness where you want to look reception impressive the deal received almost without noticing in 5 minutes you make a summary of what is your city pointing out the points that You really should not miss out and not only the touristic if not amazing gourmet variety on the menu, it deserves a lot worth going back.

Hotel perfectly embedded in the medieval art of this wonderful city, the shared menu kitchen should improve a point.

The Good: — Lovely rooms: spacious, comfortable, great beds, big closets and comfy pilows. Very quiet at night which we appreciated after a long days and evenings out. — Big bathroom: lovely big bathroom with plenty of towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. — Very clean: both our room and bathroom were cleaned daily to a high standard. The not so good: — Staff: very polite and pleasant. However, for a four-star international hotel, their English is at secondary school level. I am a native Spanish speaker and therefore I have no issues. On the other hand my partner does not speak a great deal of Spanish and had issues communicating with the front desk team without me. — Restaurant: while the food was good, we expected a much more sophisticated dinner. We reserved a table for dinner with my family and were looking forward to sit in the main restaurant with the lovely ceilings as advertised in the website and the hotel itself. Instead we were sat in a tiny section that wasn't part of the main restaurant. — Parking: the hotel charges 15€ per day to park your car. We chose this option as we stayed during Easter week and didn't want the hassle. This price seems a tad excessive for a very small and cramped underground car park. The bad: — The air conditioner in our room was terrible. We visited at the end of March and luckily didn't need it that much. I can however imagine it must be very uncomfortable in the middle of summer.

Modern granite building on the old Light Factory and later distillery from which you can see samples inside the current hotel. The staff were very helpful. Very good breakfast and restaurant menu.

A charming hotel with an antique brick fireplace on its façade facing a Romanesque church. It is a hotel with a few years but in a perfect state of conservation, spacious rooms with a huge bed and equipped with all the comforts. Highly recommended. The only but it is the price of the breakfast is overly expensive.

We only went to dinner and would not recommend it if you are hungry. The menu was very scarce and somewhat expensive. The quality of the dishes is true that it was of medium high quality. As for the normal service pulling sober.

The situation is not bad, site to park around and the historic center is nearby, yes, uphill. Good breakfast buffet. The room was small and the décor was very nice. The 4 stars are a bit big.

Everything perfect at the wedding I assisted to.

They say free Wi-Fi, which doesn't work, and then try to give you paid Wi-Fi (for free) which doesn't work either, very irritating, as in the cafe down the road and any cafe! Wifi works perfect! Reception staff say oh it's your iPad that doesn't work! Where aparenu in the whole city it does!

Beautiful hotel next to the center and the Douro river. Room premium very welcoming. Well sound-proofed with bed spectacular. The menu of excellent food, exquisite treatment. Price unsuitable for what you enjoying. Almost as in any tavern. The breakfast spectacular. All at a price very tight to the category of the hotel.

El hotel está bien situado cerca d el hotel está bien situado cerca del centro, aunque algunos están más cerca. El hotel en sí muy bien aunque el parquet estaba rayado. En general muy contentos y repetiremos si vamos a Zamora.

We have chosen this hotel for two nights and he liked us, everything was correct and very attentive service. The environment is beautiful since the hotel is attached to the Church of Santa Maria de la Horta. The restaurant of the hotel (La Vinícola) liked us. We had dinner the menu €20 by person and the truth is that value for money is very good. We take first salad of scallops and foi bread raisin, second Iberian sirloin and lamb (which was awesome) and dessert cake of nuts and chocolate coulant, all delicious and abundant.

The environment is beautiful, but I was disappointed with the room. I chose 2 nights in room premium which is the highest category in a collection. It was not the height. Furniture with over the years is them note the scratches and bumps, the bathroom had stuck one of the basins, they had no bathrobes in the bathroom (detail of premium rooms). The next day on reception we changed room. Here was all that was missing from the other, but remained in my opinion not in accordance with the category of the hotel. Friendly and correct staff. In summary. A disappointment for what I expected of a NH COLLECTION.

Nice, well located hotel with excellent breakfast. Comfortable for travel work and very nice staff. The only drawbacks, the parkin, small and not very comfortable and which only has one hour of free Wi-Fi in rooms. The 24-hour bond is too expensive. If Zamora visit is or will be for reasons of work and a great place to spend the night.

Good rooms, good mattresses and good treatment. The restaurant is in the Guide michelin. The only downside is that the bathroom marble had a few spots that we received and in the two days we were not left.

It is close to the Centre, you can park in the area and access is quite easy.
The room that we had was a large enough room.
It must be said that the heating is by air, and there is no heating in bathroom.
Staff were always very helpful.
