It perishes better than it really is. It seems very careful but has very sloppy details for the level they claim.
The bathroom dirty areas, items that were not working or were loose. Free coffee area with glasses and jugs with very colorful lime stains, and lots of powder, which looks like you can't see but yes… I've seen many better ones with fewer stars.

Hotel very well located in the main square of León with all the areas of greatest interest at hand. Rooms facing back do not face the square very quiet without any noise. Very comfortable bed and bathroom with everything you need for the toilet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I tried the rooms "superior" and the normal ones. The difference is space. Very comfortable. Good breakfast and make the eggs passed by water in a different way: they throw the unshelled eggs into boiling water (as if they were going to fry). It is in the middle of Plaza Mayor and wine area. If you coincide your stay on Tuesday night, get ready for the market (fruit, vegetables…) on Wednesday morning in the square. The rooms are very well-soundproofed. One of the times I stayed on the first floor, above the entrance and I didn't hear about the noise from the terraces (there are several bars/pub underneath (one with Guinness).
The fifth star does not put it because it has no parking. It has places reserved in the parking "Plaza Mayor" and to go, you must leave the hotel. Yes, it is very close to the hotel entrance with a lift that connects to the square.

Located in the best possible place. Excellent service. Maximum sleep quality. We traveled a marriage with a 5 year old boy and all were facilities and with a lot of details for the small. Recommended at 100%

You cannot beat the location to visit Leon.

Hotel in the main square of León, next to the cathedral and opposite the town hall and surrounded by bars, restaurants and discotheques. On Saturdays in the square there is a flea market. Hotel Boutique and quiet, good rooms with pillow and mattress comfortable, clean and not noisy, full bathroom. Friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast buffet and varied with various types of milk and adapted for allergic. I'll repeat for sure.

Very good location, better rooms by views there K pay something else, I don't know if it's worth it. The parking is somewhat expensive, €19/day and do not ensure square, with the K if you arrived night and do not have, you pay the public more than the hotel. The public costs €20 with something and you always have a place… No.

We had an unbelievable room with a Fab balcony! Bed was so comfy! It was just Georgous! Receptionist was nice… We didn't have breakfast included so can't comment… We got expectional value for money here! We we're off season… Car park downstairs wasn't included but they had a discount rate… gym was tiny so I didn't use it!

Hello friends travelers, following TA we chose this hotel and we were happy with it.
Booked a few months earlier via NH site, respond quickly to emails about the clarifications and this is a plus.
The hotel is located in the Plaza Mayor and is the top to visit the city, also has a convention with underground parking located below the square.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, our junior suites had no view on the square (and we knew it) and were equipped with every comfort, including slippers and accappoti and kettle.
Good breakfast in the NH standard, staff helpful but a little chilly.
Recommended.

My wife and I attended as guests for our wedding night and it was very nice, the hotel is placed in a party area and the room was very well soundprooved.

Located on a nice plaza that was really busy and had a great atmosphere on a Saturday evening. Rooms are good sizes.

Already I and stayed here about 3 times and the truth is that all the attention to was good although I must say that in this last stay to been phenomenal since they had a personalized attention, since in addition to go with my husband's parents were with the child and so we were more comfortable gave us a very good room Thank you.

The site is fantastic for exploring the city and sightseeing. The penalty is that you have two types of Wi-Fi, one free but limited and another payment very expensive. For me it is as if you included in the price of the room and the shower, but with warm water and if you wanted hot water you had to pay a supplement. Unfortunate!

Strategically located in the largest square of León, is a good hotel to enjoy the downtown area of the city.
Recommended ask room that's to the plaza and on the second floor. They deserve penalty hearings even though it may be more noisy.
Great views from the Plaza Mayor and the barrio húmedo.
