Hospederia Rincon De Leon Hotel

There was an accident on the road and alert while we were on our way to the hotel (circulating towards Leon on the road) that according to the GPS we would arrive 30 minutes later than the agreed time (10, 30 pm, we had been told that until 10pm there was no problem two days before), and we answered by shouting and in a very derogatory manner that it was not his problem and that we buscaramos life, about talking about urgently with Booking to be able to cancel the reservation and that the could sell to another. At the end we found another hotel in Leon for the same price and with a much better deal. Also, I see you have many messages rigged with bogus reviews on various digital platforms.

The owner was very nice, friendly, and super helpful. The customer service was excellent and the location great. Room was clean and simple with a tv, and everything served us just fine. We had a double bed with a shared bathroom (very clean), though it was only shared with one other room. Highly recommend.

Very central, very clean and very friendly. It's a good place to walk around the center of León. It is in the middle of the humid area, and although we had read that there could be a lot of noise at night, we got an inside room and no noise at all.

Lovely owner, superb location, clean quiet and comfortable room. Very simple and small place but really pleasant for a quick stay in Leon.

The location of the hostels is excellent.

Budget Hotel. The walls are thin and you listen to everyone.

In the center. The most economical thing I found for León. Very nice owners.

We stayed one night there and the woman at the front desk (Teresa I think I remember) took great care of us, helped in everything we asked, impeccable treatment, of 10.
The rooms were more than correct (ours had air conditioning and hydromassage in the shower).
If we go back to Leon, it'll be our first choice.

The positive: very central.
The negative: We had the misfortune to book the last two rooms so our room, without closet, there was only one frame to leave the clothes. Although the mattress was great the bed had no stability and you had to be careful where to sit. Our room, on the last floor, very small. Shared bathroom, and if you go with trustworthy people it's okay, but it's bad business. The shower without pressure, takes a long time to shower because there is little water. Our toilet uneven and you had the feeling of falling to the side if it were not because you are embedded between the wall and the shower.
Being central is a lot of noise and as there is no air conditioning in the rooms you have to sleep with the window open and the noise is too much.

Hotel as small as welcoming! The rooms are very nice and comfortable showers. The service is lovely. A little hard to find the entrance which is located in the small alley of the square. It's a little difficult to find the entrance located in the alley at the side of the square.
