We were Looking for a place in Ponferrada, where to stay, to tour the area and by chance we chose this place and… what a success! Without pretending we have discovered a small hotel, but really lovely and fantastic in a beautiful and quiet spot. Good facilities, clean and tastefully decorated, really cozy. The breakfasts are remarkable with wide variety and very homemade and most importantly, the attention dispensed by Maria, has been very welcoming and helpful with their recommendations on visits, restaurants, etc.

Perfect place to stay in El Bierzo. The room, the location, the hospitality, the breakfast. Just amazing very friendly people.

We booked recommended by some friends and what a great success. It is a very quiet hotel where sleeping is a luxury. Its location, at the entrance to the valley of silence, makes it perfect to go anywhere. The breakfasts are very good, both for their quality and for the amount they put; Maybe they should put a little less, as it is sad to leave something half.
Of course it is advisable.

A small, cosy hotel in which you make yourself feel at home. Their breakfasts are great, although if you want to have breakfast before 9:30, you must warn the night before, so that you leave it prepared.
They explained things about the area, what to visit, what to do, etc… Mary was charming.

The hotel is great, both for the strategic site to know the Bierzo, and for the facilities (very clean, Comodo, all new and beautiful), breakfasts… and its owner and family that is charming and is at all times pending that you are at ease. They also have a restaurant that is very good.
