➜ I haven't stayed at the hotel but I stopped on the cid bike path at 8am to seal the safe conduct (they have the Cid's license plate at the entrance, that means it's an authorized seal establishment). The hotel is open, has a terrace and an open café. I came in, say the good morning and I asked : can you have a coffee? And an older lady with short, gray hair in a very bad way said to me: no, you can't, (she didn't even say it was closed) and I ask her : and seal the safe conduct please, and she says: we're busy (the empty cafeteria). Now I make the way of the Cid from Burgos but by car staying in those places that I had to pass by as is the case of Covarrubias. In a few days I will spend there a couple of days but I do NOT plan to stay on this site. I leave this review because it is the only place all the way (Orihuela /Burgos) that have refused to seal the safe conduct. Disappointing and rude of the grumpy lady.
➜ Perfect location. Simple and very clean room. Breakfast included with very copious and varied accommodation to highlight the potato omelette. Very friendly and sincere treatment.

Excellent value for money compared to the room in the center of a beautiful village. To highlight the breakfast, which was somewhat spectacular (or outrageous in the good sense of the word). Very nice staff.
