Albergue Rosalia / Pilgrim Hostel Hotel

Great care, an excellent work team, a quiet atmosphere and peace, to take a deserved rest.

Helpful, kind and professional. Emails answered fast and had a great really needed massage late afternoon. Food was also good. Thank you to all the staff there.

Nice old place. No bunk beds.

The hostel rosalia is not the path of santiago (french way). Have if dejais in peace on the camino de santiago with so much sign and so many signs that they are on the way also count. But don't put any poster. But they are workers like you and do not use similar things. It is not. Opinion mia is. The story. The street-the road goes collegiate — church holy sunday — church of st. John. In the journey, not the hostel rosalia.

Arrived at Albergue Rosalia after walking from Hontanas in the snow — only albergue I have ever visited with drying racks over the heaters in each room! Heaven — everyone had dry clothes for the next day. Meal was exceptional (and not just because I was starving) Hospitalier and team love their job, and it shows in their care of peregrino — highly recommend Albergue Rosalia.

By far the best place to stay in Castrojeriz. Javier and his team are great hosts. The place has all the practical services you need and no bunk beds. The vegetarian fidea evening meal is a must and great value for money. And Castrojeriz is also worth staying an extra night if you want to have days rest.

Very nice place and perfect for a rest on the way. Hospitable very friendly and attentive. I will come back.

Wonderful place! Albergue Rosalia was by far a favorite on my camino! Javier and the staff was wonderful and so accommodating. The food was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, and the atmosphere was perfect. 100% somewhere I hope to return to! Buen Camino! ♥

It is the best albergue in all the camino friendly staff super cool concept of hospitality and comunity spirit from sjdp to santiago its absolutly the best … I really raccomand to stop in this place… best place and staff ever…

Very clean rooms with SINGLE BEDS and excellent dinner!

Albergue Rosalia is a fabulous place to stay! It has everything you need, is charming, comfortable, clean, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Everything was great from the get-go and appreciated the consideration the hosts had for everyone. The evening meal was great and was one of the best meals I had in Spain over the past month. The only problem I had (that I have had in Spain from the get go! ) was a bit of trouble getting Wi-Fi consistently but… these buildings are old and have thick walls of stone and concrete (both external and internal walls) making it tricky to get great reception but that this is not the albergue's fault… just something first-time travellers to Spain/Europe should be aware of! Thanks!

Cool owners. "honest kitchen" — you're provided with ingredients (rice, eggs, grains, macaroni, cereal, juice, bread) and the owners cook food for all those who want, for a donation of your choosing. Has rentable PCs, washer dryer. Good beds, boardgames. Lockers. Nightstands by the beds. Prime location in the town — all the best places to eat in town are literally next doors. A seedy local dive 15m down the road. Quiet. Although the doors shut at 10, the owners are amiable to guests staying out past that if previously informed. Hands down one of my fav. Places on the camino so far. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended Hostel.

A hostel with a lot of charm and good treatment. Clean and with a fantastic service called the Honest Kitchen. I really liked to visit him and share good conversations with the people in the kitchen.

New hostel, very good deal, the owner is very friendly. Very highlight the honesty kitchen with products of first necessity. Totally recommended.
