Family treatment, quiet atmosphere and great attention!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner there and it was all very rich, especially the homemade chocolate cake. Pets are welcome.

Small but very cozy room.

Very central, slightly rococo décor, clean and very spacious rooms, very good price, friendly treatment, the only catch would be the parking that is not comfortable since to get in and out you have to put the car in a forklift and it is a little complicated.

Beautiful building ideally placed. Only downside an oversight during the renovation for soundproofing absolutely non-existent. You hear all the noises, the conversations of the neighboring rooms, don't talk about the taps in the bathrooms. What a pity, well if you're deaf.

I'm going to talk the potter's cafeteria that's at the Forum next to the Museum of Evolution. We ate there the menu. Which was great. The price is cheap and the treatment of the 2 waitresses. That's great. I recommend it. And has a terrace that you can see the cathedral of burgs.

It is clean with good care and the kitchen very good and well priced.

The worst place I've eaten in all of Burgos by far.
Past rice with mushroom sauce and wild asparagus reheated in the microwave made a plasty (no one finished it).
of second roast lamb (remember that we are in Burgos), well, the lamb, also overheated in the microwave of course, with a color that already at first glance seemed unappetizing… Well I dared and I tried… Dry and flavored to overheated… Anyway, what a shame. With the dessert I did not play and I asked for a coffee (here if acere). Quite a place nonsense. If someone is going to eat there… May God have mercy on your soul.

Regular Hotel. We slept on a good mattress, but a hideout the room, with window to an inner courtyard (zero lighting) and little soundproof. Very good location.

Very central location Blue parking area. Room with good bed. Right staff. Breakfast in an economic cafeteria. Wifi bad signal.

I only know the cafeteria and it's fine. With the latte you get free a zumito of orange and half small croissant with grilled marmalade. But for the price of a coffee, what more can you ask for?

We were 3 people in a small room (you opened the door and collided with one of the beds), plus it was cold. But this was not the worst, the food was lousy.
We were at the hotel from Friday to lunchtime until the Sunday we checked out after breakfast.
Almost all the meals were poorly crafted, we got 2 days in a row fish (we had stipulated menu) which was hard.
Another day of 1st dish we got some sad peas and ham.
And then had some companions who are vegetarian and the hotel was already warned with atelacion of it and their dishes were hilarious. For example, they gave them the peas they gave to us but they took away the ham.
And good a blonde waitress an edge and there was a young girl who had no idea to serve (throw food out of the dish, dropped several times the bread to the floor and cutlery, etc. )
Ultimately a disaster the restaurant.

Lousy place, charge for a supposed dinner 35 euros and the food is lousy, very poorly cooked, supposed hake stuffed with velvet cream and it turns out it is a piece of Captain Pescanova frozen, dry and tasteless. Very scarce and very poorly prepared portions. I do not recommend it to anyone, the worst place to eat, dine, where there are.

In my opinion it is the best location to visit Burgos (very central) and both the Cathedral and Plaza Mayor as shopping area, and nearby hospitality.

The attention of the staff was good but the hotel needs a refurbishment of the woodwork and walls. The parking is not very good and with these these limitations the price is expensive.

Very good service for your staff. But the hotel has many shortcomings: Wi-Fi non existent in my room, very thin walls so you hear all of the other guests and breakfast weak. I do not recommend it if you visit Burgos for business reasons and need to work. Very good price and good location.

The truth that, being from the area I don't think they use it as a hotel, but if to have something to drink or to eat. In fact it has always been so, and with good luck as always invited. They are known of almost all life on Burgos, the decoration is always the same, antique pieces, sometimes too ornate, to my I liked in all ways. En el mismo centro de Burgos, muy bien ubicado. Aunque x fuera parece una cosa por dentro es mucho mejor, personal amable. El único pero es el desayuno, faltaba leche en la máquina de café y zumo en su máquina … siendo muy pronto para que faltara.

We went to dinner to celebrate the 30th anniversary of my scout group, the local as to this very careful decoration, is not my style, but it is elegant. The room where dinner, in the floor — 1, towards good temperature, but as it was advanced overnight, to enough heat, while they put the air conditioning. The dinner well encantidad, but the quality, lower than expected. Then we turn to the disc, another department where there was a mobile bar and a dj.
