Located next to the old city center. Modern atmosphere, week equipped rooms though (the family room) a bit small. Beds not very comfortable. Good price, free Wi-Fi.

Great hotel. Just what I was looking for. Near and far at the same time the city center.

Restaurant services at events is lousy. Getting worse, the next one we no longer repeat, the whole family is very unhappy.
Mediocre food, terrible attention and worsening more and more.

Very clean room The breakfast buffet quite poor starting with the lack of tweezers to serve you, had no tortilla potatoes or tomato striped ham or cured or fresh cheese or croissants and little pastries the normal bread also had and the water in the tea was cold from (fridge) to this must be added that a manager came in or something like telling the waiter that he will set up a table for four ladies who are treated in a different way. They brought croissants toasted bread cafes etc … and we having the breakfast paid we didn't have the same rights plus they got to speak loudly without thinking that we had more people in the restaurant. The waiter very friendly but with lack of professionalism. The stay seemed excessively expensive compared to other hotels in the same category in Burgos.

I'm surprised by the ratings I've seen so high. It is modern and the staff is friendly but in my opinion it has many shortcomings. The Wi-Fi does not get well in the rooms and the signal is lost. It's so cold in hallways and cafeteria. It is difficult to heat the rooms because the heating is of air with temperature limit. They lack staff to attend to the services they say they give. Very restricted schedules or tell you that they do not have. We had to wait 20 ' for the door to open at 3:00 in the morning. In my opinion they are missing the truth on their website. We don't repeat for sure.

The architecture of the hotel is modern and interesting. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. In addition it´s quite close to the city centre and the Human Evolution Museum. The service is good and the waiters are helpful. On the other hand the breakfast isn´t that good. It lacks variety and utensils to server yourself (we had to use our forks to put the food on our plates and for the omelet it wasn’t that comfortable). Although our room was spacious it lacked a bathroom door and the shower and the toilet were at the same small quarter divided from the sink by a mere glass sliding door. So there is zero privacy. That was probably only in the rooms at the end of the halls so if you don´t want to share too much with your roommate just ask for a room with a bathroom door. We also reserved our dinner there but it wasn´t worth it, the food was just ok. I’d recommend it for just one or two nights.

An original menu with a lemon sorbet mid meal, and a dessert varied to share with you a shot of sweet wine, in a cozy place.

To belong to the chain that is, I don't think it meets the same characteristics. The relationship quality price is expensive for what they offer. The breakfast for 8€ is quite expensive to be Burgos, besides that the quality was not up to par: coffee most well-malillo, croissant, dry… in the end, a disappointment. To improve the soundproofing, as it is in the same street of a residence of students and their way through the hotel we woke up, in addition to understand the conversations. The doors make a lot of noise and turned us on to wake up in the morning with the cleaning banging. The mattresses I do not know if they are hard or what, but I woke up because I had a sore hip and I'm not delicate to sleep. The 10€ of the garage I think I do not deserve to not be that diluvie or snow, because there's a site unless there's an event (as in our case, sales of vehicles of occasion)
The better the service, the receptionist very friendly, have a check-in service 24 hours although you need to call by phone to open.

I don't know the rooms, but the tasting menu is very rich: five good dishes, with wine Ribera and sorbet, for 25 euros. Good presentation and excellent service.
