It is the only restaurant in Selaya, which guarantees a respect for tradition and good raw material typical of the area, but staining of a capacity to give aires new to a cuisine that, many times, it is somewhat sparse in terms of variety on offer. Their very varied salads are not incompatible with excellent chickpeas with tripe, or mountain stew, scrambled many times are amazing, her excellent handling of fish, of first quality… just in a few roasts of lamb and goat that are, without doubt, the best in the area. In a local nice and well mounted, with a friendly service. It is worth it.
