All staff very attentive. The hotel is pristine. Perfect for a getaway. It has nearby different shops, bars, restaurants … is in a central area of the town of Solares.

The rooms are very good, the hotel is immaculate and the staff are superb.

The hotel and the rooms are elegant. Comfortable and very clean.
The thermal spa has unbeatable facilities… The hotel in the room leaves you : bathrobe, hat slippers and flip flops. You just have to wear a swimsuit. It has a very good aesthetic service… and a shop where you can buy their thermal products; the same ones that are in the bathrooms of the room… and most importantly the hotel staff :. Receptionists… Waiters… it is attentive and very warm one feels there as at home…

I emphasize the friendliness of the staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast buffet is a pass and especially the thermal pool with different types of jets. Highly recommended. This spa is spectacular, wanting to return, unforgettable experience.

In any case there are nearby options for very decent lunch or dinner. The spa, interesting if it's your first time but even with offer is not something I would do again at these prices.

We just got back. The hotel and spa excellent. The treatment from the minute one already at reception is unbeatable, attentive, close and helping you at all times. Same thing in the restaurant and spa. Breakfast and especially the pastries of 10, all homemade! You can combine treatments with hiking. Great experience. We will repeat and of course recommend it.

Finally, the restaurant: Supreme quality in all its dishes and a price adjusted to what they offer; It's worth it for its quality. A full meal or dinner would be around 25-30 €. In short, a very good experience. To repeat, no doubt.

It is by far the worst hotel in the chain Castilla Termal after having been in the others.
To start we got to the room and the quilt had a stain in plain view. And the next day with a reservation of one of the pack we had no table for the romantic dinner and had to dine in the cafeteria.
Inconceivable no longer only for the hotel category if not for the price.
To this hotel we will not return.

First impressions, a picturesque historic looking hotel. Inside it has a modern feel and staff are always at hand. The rooms are decorated in a modern colonial style, very spacious and clean. The only disappointment was the dinner, it wasn't bad but just not as high a standard as everything else. All in all a foot solid 4* hotel.

Large, clean and well maintained bedrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant service is delightful. Good local food, good wines and exquisite service. Babes and kids are welcome in the restaurant area and in the thermal pool at certain hours. The only cons are that it is quite pricey and each product must be booked separately. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Fantastic hotel with a big and clean room, breakfast with a lot of choices and a whole area dedicated to Spa and thermal pools.

Rude reception staff, wouldn't honour the spa access, even though we had a printout of the booking showing 'bed, breakfast and spa access' (and the extra €20 paid! ) — the reason being that we apparently "should have also ticked a box when booking". Wi-Fi wouldn't work from our room and my wife was cursed at during breakfast by hotel staff because she dared to ask for help with the toaster. Dreadful.

I spent my wedding night here and I was amazed at the luxury and comfort that breathes from the moment you step in the hall. The room was excellent, it has beautifully landscaped gardens and the thermal springs of the spring of Fuencaliente are famous for their properties. There is even a chapel of its own. Its location is excellent and it is very easy to get, as the signs indicating your direction are multiple to along Solar.

At all sure that I will repeat.
