It's the second time we've come because we loved it the first time. The breakfast which is buffet very well, the treatment of 10 staff and the phenomenal facilities. The spectacular spa. It won't be the last time we come.

We have spent a very pleasant few days in this hotel, both for the facilities and with the kitchen but above all with the service. Juan el Gallego is one of those waiters who make you come back, Thank you.

I already knew this hotel and every time I come I am more surprised, the care and cleanliness of the rooms and a restaurant with a spectacular quality price and above all the human team in all the positions especially Juan a Galician waiter with an involvement with customers difficult to overcome THANK YOU for making us spend a few days at home.

A highly recommended place, quiet, good treatment and in a very nice environment, the hotel is surrounded by mountains, you can breathe a lot of peace.

A beautiful hotel, it is the third time that we go and we will repeat, it is one of my favorite hotels, from there we move through all Of Cantabria and the Basque Country, and after an intense day watching and enjoying, arrive at the hotel and end the day in the spa. I can only comment on the dining service in celebrations. The décor of the dining room is well worked and the attention from the waiters is friendly and efficient.
The food is well prepared and presented; the amount, as is often the case at celebrations, in more than enough.
They organize entertainment for children after lunch, this allows the elders to enjoy a quiet and pleasant table. Or more move, depending on the taste of each one.

Great hotel with a fantastic situation. The staff who work here is super nice. Every week I stay on it.

Good facilities. Cleaning. We were having dinner in the children's area. We had some burgers, the meat delicious and generous. All very good. The treatment was unprofessional, lack of attitude. The final service slow, took a long time to offer us dessert and coffees.

My unpleasant experience. We have gone many times mainly by the children's area. The girl who is usually with them painting charming. But last time I went to the bar with my 2 year old and saw that the waitress spoke with some clients in Barra that she looks familiar. They served them a (free) potato cap and when we asked for anything even when my son saw it he used to say potatoes mama potatoes. My face a poem and I didn't even know how to react. I do not care if they serve tapas free or not but the detail of serving the next door to Me and not us and more with a small calling attention to the potatoes that also heard I found Feisimo. We won't be back.

The hotel is out of town then by this perfect for workers. The room is very comfortable, has an excellent spa included in the price of the room (I think about 45 Euro per night). Breakfast is very complete. I don't like the room where they put the breakfast I could put it in another room with field view.

Apartment with Jacuzzi very well, but in ours we were told that the water was freshly changed and there was a glass inside, if they emptied it and refilled it would have been seen, the buffet well, but it can improve, good people waiters etc… and the round bed well but the Cana covers Pé not very good, good location very nice, but to walk and walk there is nothing, the Spa a bit small…

Cosy place, very comfortable hotel with spa that is nice, friendly service, restaurant with variety and rich food. It's a good place to go with kids it has free ball park and parents can be next door seated at relaxed tables having a coffee or whatever they want. Great place to go any day of the week. They have very rich artisan ice creams.

The truth is that at the hotel I have not been.
I go to the restaurant because it eats well and the attention is very good.
So I guess the hotel is also very nice.

Fantastic place. Formidable service and facilities. Very well connected a place Explendido as a point of accommodation to visit all Cantabria. I recommend especially the Quesas and the Sobaos, are of own elaboration… a delight. We will definitely be back.

Buwn Hotel Complex WL spa suitable for children and babies. The breakfast buffet service for €7 is very good. And the well-crafted cafeteria dishes and the normal price TB has a ball park in it. Hotel for children. Good choice in. Family to spend a few days.

Great Villa perfect to go in couple to which without hesitation we will return.
The spa for free access throughout the day is great, we were lucky to go during the week and we were two couples enjoying the, one enjoyed.
The circuit guided by the Aqualux is fine, aunq I almost prefer the spa. The best of the circuit in our case the relaxing massage and the stay in VIP area.
The rooms are spacious and they are pretty good, although you notice the passage of the years in some details.
The buffet and the kitchen live well, although lacking in breakfast things as essential as a sandwich or potato tortilla, manias of each one. The one who doesn't want to eat at the hotel has other alternatives in the same town.
The staff, except the person who greeted us the first day at reception which was something edge and dry, great. Very friendly and helpful.
The only one but I can put to the Villa, and I think it is quite serious, is that there is a chicken coop and dogs barking attached to the façade that leads to the exit of Bilbao. So we didn't need to wake up in the morning because the rooster went to work.

The room was very good. The staff were very helpful. €7 for breakfast buffet. I Ask if they have gluten free options before booking. Of course, you have a lot of things. Perfect then, we booked. At Breakfast Time I commented that as gluten free and asked for the options. They tell Me there's gluten-free pastries, some cupcakes. Sausages think it's gluten-free. There Are scrambled eggs that are made in the same griddle as the bacon that they do not know if it is gluten free. They Also make pancakes on that griddle, but no problem… Tell Me. There is Also gluten-free bread, I ask for one and bake at the moment. I brought it and had opened the plastic and had stuck in such a way to the bread that could not be removed. I comment and tell me it is. A very edged guy, Q is tired of doing it and it is always so. You couldn't remove the plastic! Had melted! The plastic is not gluten-free. In a very bad way he attended me. But come on, €7 for a coffee with muffins and bread that came late… I find it expensive! Gluten free reviews were better, but neither was a buffet as expended as they promise.

A good and clean hotel with great service except… the SPA. The water was cold and the service was very left. We were charged 20 EUR for going to the "special Spa" and it turned out to be the same as the one that included the reservation. Do not pay the 20 EUR of that service because it is not worth it.

A beautiful place! I've been several times and I always go out delighted. Good food, with free buffet. So ay quite variety and quantities that one wants. Very clean and comfortable rooms. As a paste, in the spa is a little cold, should be conditioned to not stay frozen, and every time and gone some jet did not work. But good overall very well. I recommend it.

Exceptional place to sleep with a few rooms or even apartments with a very good decoration inside the facilities is spa. To eat spectacular with a first class card for any type of celebration with great price-adjusted large menus, they also have a very good dinner and weekend buffet. They have meeting rooms for business meetings with Audiovisuals.

We forgot to bring pool caps with us and 4€ were charged for the caps they gave us. A bit inappropriate for a 4 stars hotel, to begin with. Besides, water leaks appeared in the bathroom in the last morning and we did not get even an appology. Air Conditioned didn't work properly. A welcome gift was included in our booking, but we never saw anything like that. Too much stars for a poor quality place.

The hotel is well located, rooms spacious, the buffet is very varied and he eats great. The private spa is fantastic, it is worth it without a doubt and the treatments for it, no doubt we will repeat.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious and modern including the bathroom with jacuzzi. The spa of the most complete though small and not monitored so sometimes some do not follow the standard of using each station a couple of times and leaving it to other users.

In general everything were this weekend, leaving the room and the elevator get directly to the spa I loved. The lunch buffet is not bad but could be improved. The only thing I didn't like was the room is spring and is poor have not slept almost nothing the two nights, and me up with a terrible back pain, direct light to the spa to fix it lol. By what other well, good and kind treatment and facilities also ok.
