➜ We have been the whole family from 13 to 17 May and we will definitely be returning as soon as we can. The apartment is very well located and is perfect for two adults and two children, is clean and very well taken care of and has everything you need to spend a few days with all comfort. The green area with the bbq they have at the bottom of the property is great for kids to play without danger since it is closed. And that to say of the owners, except that we lacked the time to get to know them better because they are all kindness, especially Javier, all of a tinkerer that I would make a very good friend without a doubt… A hug for them.
➜ We spent this summer a week in the larger apartment (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). It is a very quiet place, with magnificent views. The apartment is great, very new and clean, with all the amenities. Of a size appropriate to the number of rooms. It is about 10 minutes from Santander by car, less than 5 minutes away from Torrelavega, with easy access to the motorway. The service is great, as if you were in the family, in your home. It misses that closeness in other places. In short, great holidays in a family that enjoyed the stay and our hosts treated us great.

It is a very clean place but for my uncomfortable taste as to the bed which is awkward and our son of 4años slept on the sofa bed which was the same as sleeping on the floor tile. Despite putting on the page there is no dryer. There are works behind the apartments because they are building others. Towards cold and as for heating very well.
