The prefect place and the hotel very cozy, right in front of a park that my daughter loved. The bad news is that maybe because you were on the ground floor, you could hear all the pipes when someone pulled the chain. In addition, we traveled with a 1 year old baby, who was placed in a cot, but we were charged as a triple room, which we did not find very correct.

Simple hotel and well located. Friendly and family friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located in the center of Santillana and has gardens next door.
With parking. There were three of us and the room was large along with the bathroom. Comfortable pillow. Unique wardrobes and breakfast, which was included in the price, correct. Pink the manager very friendly, the rest of the staff also very good. I recommend it for a few days.

The place was really beautiful, the village is a very interesant place and the people in the hotel were really good hostels.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing, not only was the food absolutely appalling, I also found bugs and spiders in my sheets which was an added bonus. The security standards were so high that my room got broken into. Also, I’m pretty sure that they don’t clean the sheets because not only do stink of must they also had period blood on them that had been there for over 5 YEARS! I could go on for hours but must get back to sleeping in the prison cell that is my room and any robbers would be terrified of my bed. Also, I have better things to do. Like eating the TERRIFIC moldy food.

My daughter stayed here for her school trip, and she and her friends loved it! Their room was cosy and the view was lovely, she says, and apparently, the food is really nice (if you eat a lot of bread).

It is satisfactory, if you are only staying for say a couple nights, but the rooms are quite dirty and the windows are fairly tricky to use safely.

After suffering an accident with surgery I could not go and if you contact me for nothing after a few days I realize that I had discounted the full stay… I hope you enjoy the money that for my part lost a future client and T ODA people tell me to go to Santillana del Mar you know where I will not advise them to fence.

We have been staying one day, in low season. The truth is that it was a day that was cold and when we went to sleep towards warmth in the room because the heating had been lit in the afternoon. Very nice. Good value for money Our reservation included breakfast which is fine. Very good service from all the staff.

A 20 for all the staff super recommend an excellent hotel and excellent treatment of all the staff I recommend.

But when we went to sleep there was no heating. 15 degrees. A horrible night.

A year ago very good and quiet site will return.

This hotel is amazing. The hospitality is off the charts and the way they clean your laundry is impeccable. I cannot believe that the food;it's so good. You should go to this hotel especially if you're with Mrs. Darby and going to the Spanish trip in October 2018. Totally worth it!

Good hubicacion, good clean.

Friendly staff, very good value for money, although the facilities have its years, it is clean and is located 200 meters from the historic quarter. Our offer included buffet breakfast though simple all right. A joy to get up in the morning and be able to walk around the village before it starts to fill with people.

A nice little hotel but unfortunately there was too much noise.

Staff was very friendly, food was alright but general experience, rooms etc. Were not so good.

Food tasted like it was from a tin can that went bad years ago, we found ants crawling all over the rooms, weak windows, low ceilings (very dangerous), bad staff. Honestly nothing is good about the hotel. I wouldn't even call it a hotel, I would call it a hostel. I would never recomend this thing to anyone. Dont go there!

You need a great reform. More cleaning bathrooms and change of mattresses.

We were a group of friends make a route to bike from Cantabria.
We stayed at the hotel the weekend of 6-8 June 2014.
Deal both with the owner as the staff was exquisite, attending at all times what you wondered and even proposed us sites for iterate moto.
Recommended hotel to stay for your peace of mind and situation.
