Un hotel en pleno centro histórico de Santander, cerca de la catedral, el Centro Botín, la Plaza porticada y el Puerto Chico. Para llegar a la zona de Sardinero y el Palacio de la Magdalena, nada más fácil que coger un autobús desde cualquiera de las paradas cercanas al hotel. El personal es discreto y atento, todo funciona muy bien, las habitaciones están bien equipadas y el servicio de cafetería, restaurante y desayuno es estupendo. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para visitar Santander.

I've never seen a hotel as old-fashioned, dirty, unkempt as this! I was on my honeymoon with my wife and the room we were assigned was something reluctant, stuffy, dirty and I think if he had furnished it a blind disabled man, he would have done better! I don't know who decides the stars of a hotel and they have 4 without gym, pool, spa. Even parking for customers is paid for at the sum of 18 euros per night! You are crazy going to see what a real 4 star is (AIRMA in San Sebastian)

We have paid almost 159 euros for one night, double room and only accommodation. On the day of entry, about 12h call us to confirm the reservation, at 14.30h we arrived at the hotel and have to wait because the room was not yet ready.
There was a lack of cleaning, as seen in the photo, which corresponds to the closet door.
The room was very clean and comfortable.

It is a very well located hotel, next to the town hall, with lots of bars and restaurants next door, and with the bus station nearby to go to the Morning and the beaches of Sardinero. The room has a large bathroom and very good bedroom, at the moment there is nothing bad to object to.

WOW THAT MOST BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! LOVED IT! The service was excellent, the food too, and already the customer service super attentive at every moment! I recommend it.

Parking is limited to a few cars and you have to pay extra for it. Breakfast menu too expensive for the service. Great location.

Maybe a point below other 4 star hotels, although the rooms as I said are comfortable and spacious you don't get the feeling of modern room and with certain details that give you that plus. The room was very comfortable and Nice. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the promenade and shopping area. The only downside is that parking is very small and there isn't much room in the street. But nearby there is a public car park which is even cheaper per day to the hotel.

Great hotel with polite English speaking staff. The hotel has limited facilities but we knew that when we booked and were not looking for anything extra. The room was received with really tasty soft chocolates which was welcoming. Very clean and tidy room, shower/bath and hallways. A good range of continental breakfast foods, all fresh. What more do you want? We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

WORST hotel I've ever stayed in! I stayed in one night and they had a water outbreak on the first floor which resulted in a loss of power being lost in many room including mine. I had an important meeting taking place in my hotel room where I had bought many bottles of wine. But instead you would find me walking around the lobby in the middle of the night looking to connect my phone. Everything got turned upside down as a result of the power outage and the front desk management did not do anything to compensate. Complete waste of money. Santander is already a city in which nobody should visit. The awful customer service and awful people was the theme of my entire experience it's no wonder Santander is a poor city which is falling apart. Go to Madrid or Barcelona. Stay away from Santander and especially this pathetic cockroach hotel. This hotel just topped off the pyramid off problem that rains on that entire city daily.
