The spacious and clean apartments, the great treatment, are all very friendly and help you in what you can, you can make barbecues and you have a little garden with a couple of swings to be with the dogs or children, the location is very good, the only thing you have to take care of or with the tide. The only catch it has is a dog that lives in the front house called Leo that doesn't stop barking all day (and night). You cannot have the windows open or enjoy the apartment terrace.

It needs many improvements such as mattresses (what lumbar and cervical pain) mosquito nets (what mosquito pecks), shower tray (you can drop) mirrors (two single and one useless) new coffee maker (we buy a new bednets, larger refrigerator, fans (how hot! We had to buy one) and please a dishwasher, we're on vacation. We hope to take into account what we say for the sake of the customers. Acceptable treatment and the best they leave pets.

Although it is a bit old the location on the beach and the deal is worth it. Very clean It's Important. If you go with kids great.

We have repeated several times and will return to go. Spacious apartments and with the necessary. They accept pets. Your situation is perfect.
A wonderful deal, with an extraordinary kindness. The scenery worth knowing. Really recommended to spend a few days of relax.

Very cozy and friendly the landlords all very clean and close to Santander and its surroundings we definitely repeat again.

Apartments spacious well equipped with good location. Also have a supermarket just below. The owners good people and very helpful.

Amazing location, nearby are wonderful beaches. Sadly we had room facing sometimes loud street and below us was supermarket. That was advantage and disadvantage, we didn't have to go far to buy food and something to drink but it was sometimes noisy. Hotel had little elevator which was very helpful. We had big enough apartment (we were 3 people) with small balcony facing street. It was bit loud at night so we closed windows and doors from balcony to sleep. Good that we had kitchen because prices are crazy in restaurants. Kitchen was outdated, not enough of kitchen utensils. There was microwave and little oven and one frying pan, some plates forks spoons etc. TV was very outdated, little CRT good that it had colours. But still it was vacation of our dreams, form garden we observed how water goes in and out. Late afternoon we heard waves from our apartment. Beaches are wonderful, recommend to go trough little river to other beach, views are breathtaking, water is clean. Do not forget that this little river can change in hour into a part of ocean and theres no other way to go back to hotel as swimming!
