I've known him about 20 years ago, I'll just say that it was done with exquisite taste and I had the honor of participating in the design of the pavement of a stay.

We were hosted for two nights at the palacio de cutre, who knew to little, we would have liked to stay longer. The location and the decoration of the hotel are unique, and the attention of both the owners and the receptionist, excellent. We will definitely be back!

All that to say this site falls short. It is best to go and experience it yourself. My best discovery of the year 2017.

The hotel and the surroundings are beautiful. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, every time it is consulted something seems to be bothering, and very little care to the customer (among other incidents, they forgot to put towels every day we were there, and had to go down to ask for them everyday). In terms of price, excessively expensive.

Our second visit to this place and on both occasions has been an experience to recommend. In this case we have spent a great old night with family and 30 other guests.
It combines a good kitchen with a nearby service in a mansion full of details with history, all in a rural setting with spectacular views.
I recommend eating in the garden when the weather allows and enjoying the cuisine and views. Spending night at the hotel is also a great success because the atmosphere is very quiet and allows for a good rest. The suite on the 3 floor is very spacious and complete, the standard rooms are also good.
Only "but", which is in taste, is that in some rooms the décor is recharged.

It is a good location. Un the middle of the mountain, near or Picos de Europa. But I think that the hotel is old and the owners could fix It.
