We have been one day in high season and the experience has been positive. The price of the room for these dates seems to me to be a bit excessive but that is what it touches in the middle of August.
The Spa is small but nice. The massage, I couldn't help it, is something I remembered even days later. Highly recommended.
The menu without great pretensions but rich and above all at very reasonable price.

Good hotel with very complete spa, slightly disappointing breakfast not including anything hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rural environment four kilometers from Ribadesella.

Good service, good service and the beach five minutes away.
It has a good parking, spa, sauna, jacuzzi and spectacular views.
Five minutes by car you have Ribadesella with plenty of restaurants to eat and a port to spend a good day walking.

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, clean and overlooking the countryside which I personally loved.
We went 2 people with an offer that we found in groupon: one night with breakfast and access to the spa of 90 min all for 69 euros.
Great room, comfortable and large bed and well equipped and clean bathroom.
The spa is all glazed and while you are in the pool or the jacuzzi you can see the mountain with its vaquitas, very relaxing.
Breakfast is buffet style and they had everything.

Good place for a relaxing weekend. Well-located Hotel to be able to visit different places. Spacious and clean room. Buffet breakfast varied and of good quality, with the exception of the juice that was not natural. Nice deal. In the spa, access a little uncomfortable as either access by the outside of the hotel or by reception.

A Tranquilísimo site with very good facilities. The rooms are great and the cleanliness is evident the best of all is the staff, they have a number of attentions that exceed what you would expect. To repeat without a doubt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were made a change of room to a failure with the reservation we had on our side. Great facilities (Spa, food, views…), room of 10 but especially the staff who lent us a very close and correct deal.

Rooms and beautiful views. All very clean. I do not put maximum score because the spa craves something expensive for 90 minutes nothing more. And the gym can not be accessed but pay aside too.

We ordered by phone a double room for 2 people and we put double individual, not having other double rooms offer us a superior obviously with supplement. Right rooms with nothing to highlight, I agree with other reviews that it doesn't look like a 4 star. We will see how the stay continues, as we have just arrived and I could not repress comment my first impressions.

The facilities are modern and well maintained, the indoor pool, the SPA and the gym have good size. Very quiet surroundings, near and far from Ribadesella, although you always need a car. It is an ideal place to take it on base and get around the Asturian coast.

The room is OK, but the spa leaves much to be desired. It is a swimming pool with two jets and the water is not hot. I was in several spa and it is the first k not gave me bathrobe had K they rented, the dinner charge you enough and not worth it. So we return no more.

Breakfast for a hotel of 4 stars or natural juice or tomato spa leaves bst q water jacusi tb in the restaurant and pool don't want food bst well but does not work well heating make cold in the room and the restaurant when personnel does not stand out and over to pay had lost them the tpv.

Like the last person to comment I booked with time my two hours in the spa and did not even deign to have it with water when I arrived, the woman receiving treatment was as if she was doing me a favour and reluctantly sent us for a walk… … and back in an hour … or if we returned there another day. I hope they change because at least I will not go back there, shame because the site has a truly spectacular setting. The customer care and the services provided leave much to be desired. I booked the day and time to go to the spa with FIVE days in advance. A man took me the data with the contact number included. The Sunday, when we got to the reception, tells us a woman with a acitud quite arrogant, which have been emptied by the mñana the jacuzzi and that it is better to go back another day. Could have called any person that was working at the time of decide to empty the jacuzzi in view of the need to have half a day to return to be able to and save us a trip of more than an hour's drive each way to go exclusively there. Not only that, additionally, the person who greeted us with so much procrastination refused to return the money that we had paid in advance and insisted that they come back another day. That was the solution that was suggested to us, along with the wait at least an hour to just fill up and that we metiéramos even with the cold water. The water of the swimming pool that was, supposedly, in conditions was frozen. And the jacuzzi, after they had spent more than three hours since we were in the beginning (having waited the hour, using the rest of facilities, work changing of clothing and other) still had not exceeded 30°C when it should be 38'5°C. In Addition, the facilities are extremely dirty and neglected, broken or badly damaged, and hygiene in the swimming pool is conspicuous by its absence.

Hotel is very new, but very expensive for the services offered. Breakfast with little variety little personal on the mend and everything and the worst thing for me that there were many flies on the food. The swimming pool cannot be used if you do not pay a separate.

I don't understand how a vulgar 2 star we can call 4-star hotel. Billed as a 4 but the service and quality is 2. Spectacular setting but the rest is not where you have taken it. Procolos action NULL. If you go several nights do not think that what is up in the breakfast replacement including bottle of water 10 minutes before closing, and the face of bad milk the receptionist/waitress/charge and there is few more things from the hotel.

Double room in July. The hotel is ok, typical 4 star hotel. The spacious room and the beautiful landscape. The breakfast is quite rare to be 4 stars; without natural juice, or croissants, or natural tomato sauce, or eggs… the spa is nice but is limited to a pool with 3 jets, a sauna and two showers, the jacuzzi was broken and we were warned previously. Acceptable, but there are other 3-star hotels in the area of best quality and best price.

A charming place, near Ribadesella. People very attentive. The restaurant is very good and the room, apart from lack of lighting, very well. An ideal place to relax, get a massage, go to the pool and eating delicious things. And enjoy. Yes, the thermal circuit falls a bit short as it is, rather, a swimming pool with a jet. Yes with unbeatable views of the mountains of Asturias.
