Nice hotel located on the outskirts of Llanes. Quiet rooms with beautiful mountain views. All new and in very good condition and the bed of luxury, comodisima. Staff very attentive and friendly, all in a family atmosphere and always professional. Good service of bar and cafeteria, and a breakfast buffet. Recommended 100%, we will return soon.

Nice clean comfy hotel along the highway into Llanes town — a 15 minute walk from the estancion but off the grid for any sightseeing or food hunting activities unless you have a car.

We stayed there for a few days and the hotel couldn't be better. Lovely room, with a terrace overlooking the very nice mountain. Clean, spacious, nice. But what we highlight most is the hotel staff. From one of the receptionists, Soraya (a sun, friendly, friendly, attentive, smiling) Sandra also charming, to the person who took care of us in the restaurant and breakfast, super attentive. The breakfast is very good, very varied and very rich. The pool area and exceptional terrace. We definitely recommend it and hope, very soon, ñ, to revisit them. Great hotel but much more staff.

Nice day. If I'm an internal customer, and it's the second time I've been to that hotel. The first one was very satisfying. The second not so much. I have seen that the price of the room is high, but it is the one it is. Not so breakfast. I found it a bit "TIMO" Self-service, machine coffee that left a lot to be desired. For another time, it will be cheaper to have breakfast in the cafeteria. Please note that the TV in the room is non-accordance with the room size. Very small for large distances. Great pool, but inattention. Children under the age of 12, screaming, and bothering guests without anyone at the hotel worrying about it. The pool hours start at 10 a. M. Well, on Sunday there was the sewage treatment plant, with cable included in the water, until 11.30 minimum. Honestly this time we're not very happy. However, it is a good hotel.

It is a bit secluded from Llanes downtown, but it is worth it to stay here and go down to the coast by car. To repeat!

The second time I come, spacious superior rooms and with everything you need. Breakfast has everything. There's a winged supermarket. The center of the village is 10 minutes walking.

Solid hotel option in Llanes. Manager is super sweet and checked in with the guests throughout our stay (which, sadly, was in Jan when most of Llanes is on holiday, so there weren't many guests). Rooms are standard, nothing fancy but are comfortable and have all the necessities. Breakfast was good and the room was.

The hotel is no longer called Arcea Las Brisas. It is a new Hotel called Hotel La Palma de Llanes. Now 4 * is totally remodeled and the rooms are great. Everything smells new, and since then has changed and much.

Hotel old, basic, something far from LLanes. It is worthwhile if you only want to sleep and get it cheap. Perfect location.

A very cheap hotel, although it is a little old. Breakfast a little expensive for what they offer. The very nice receptionist. And huge rooms. In addition, you can go to Llanes walk.
What we liked is that the rooms have huge terraces, perfect for doing the Sun and if you take a puppy.

"Penthouse" are penthouses, in fact rooms on the first floor. They are small, dirty and noisy rooms. A noise of a motor constantly night and day. The cleaning is very bad. It is far from Llanes. The staff try to cheat, especially saying that attics are small rooms without balcony. ¿? I was stunned.
do not I recommend it to anyone.

I was in the room 06, ruidosisima, wall with wall with the cafeteria and windows that gave to the pool. A room full of cobwebs, mosquito traps in walls, 80's decor and a bathroom so antiquated that it could go in a history documentary. Absolutely pathetic, does nothing to 3 star level, rather it is a cheap pension and very, very far from the Centre of the wonderful Llanes and its beaches. Avoid it if you want to have a good holiday.
