Very nice and always very helpful. Location close to shops and public transport so although not in the center great starting point to visit the city. Affordable price and much cheaper than other hotels in the city.

Stayed the night before heading home. Was ok. What you expect really. Parking is very poor tho.

To be a one star hotel is especially clean and the rooms are large as well as the bathroom and the bed. Still on weekends is worth €99 that I find very expensive.

Negative Points: — value for money = room too noisy, we were on the third floor and we hear the other guests at breakfast, no air conditioning or ventilation a heat… — Breakfast = Chocolatine not cooked… And its the two consecutive days-no reception on our arrival, no "Halloo"-to finish TV level no French channel that does not work so some Spanish channels also.
Positive Point:-Good location-shopping Centre nearby I would not recommend it for a stay.

The hotel is a good place to stay a day, is a cheap hotel but the room is good for the price.

Good quality price, the situation is not the best in the world to visit the city, but hence it has such an economical price. To go to the shopping centre of Barakaldo or to the BEC is ideally located.

Good hotel, rather small beds if you measure 190 or more… The restaurant/kitchen is excellent. Located somewhat away from the city you need a vehicle to get around.

The location is rather bad. It is seriously difficult to reach in the evening. And even in the day it takes 40 min. No metro nearby. When you arrive by bus you have to climb the stairs to cross a bridge over the highway or to walk along a busy highway and cross it on your own risk. The AC obviously worked for heating only. Very hot and stuffy. The window can hardly be opened partially, only in full. The bed is great. The breakfast is rather poor. Continental, no hot food. As always in Spain, no toilet brushes.

It is what it is. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, take our dog, reasonable buffet breakfast, parking and convenient for the ferry. Good value for money.

A good place to stop for the ferry, rooms are fine, with no pretensions, the restaurant is ok but not wide ranging and overpriced. The service can be a bit on the slow side.

The reception & restaurant area is probably the only recently refurbished part of the hotel. The hotel is situated right on the highway so expect to hear traffic. The rooms are standard ibis rooms with T. V (with only a few working international channles) a hair dryer, shower gel, 2 towels, a bathroom floor mat and hand wash. The internet speed is standard with no connection issues. The rooms don't have tea/coffee or a kettle. You only get a plastic cup in the shower. There is no safe either. The central heating works very well. They have a 24 hrs meal service on top of a standard menu (available only in the eveing). The staff are friendly, super helpful & attentive. If you are in the hotel when there is a La Liga match you can watch it in the restaurant on their big screen T. V. You can get a bus to the city center 2 min walk from the hotel (by or after) the gas station. Great value for money.

Very good location for a overnight stay while waiting for ferry. The room was very nice and clean and there was no noise during the night. We had a dog stay with us for an extra 12 euros, and everything was great.

Sound and cheap and clean. Good beds everything else you need. No paying for what you don't want.

Expected in an Ibis. Good option if the prices in Bilbao are by the clouds. The downside is having to use the car as it is located in a polygon and the public transport options are not many.

If you are able to stay in Ibis, I will always choose it. Always warm, simple, cheap and comfortable! In this ibis the beds are simply chic!

Dinner a purest agony, have never eaten so badly Can hardly one speaks English (or does not want to) room ok, non-smoking room with an ashtray in the room are however even me new breakfast was very good conclusion: When dinner and the talked problems Would not like to be back.

Nice cheap Hotel, but quite far from Bilbao. Don't come back after 22h, since there are few (or none at all) buses.

That Lone Star doesn't do justice. Very clean, spacious and tasteful. The best, no doubt the staff, super nice and attentive.

Very comfortable and modern hotel. The car park is a little on the small side. Staff are very helpful and English speaking. Good breakfast. The rooms are spotless. The surrounding area is not very attractive. There's a huge shopping centre opposite which is accessible via a footbridge. If you're wanting to stock up on a few things there's a big Auchan supermarket there.

Be CAREFUL… Clean, nice rooms, but the central heating is not working. Reception will say that it takes time to warm up… but is a white lie… as a result, you might have a bad night, as I did :-). (Contacting the management got no response, hence the One star rating)

The hotel is small but clean and well taken care of, I will say without a doubt, the cordial attention and are always attentive to solve any inconvenience.

The Hotel has good access to the main road, with a shopping center 5 minutes walk and 15 minuota of the Centre by car.

It was a working meeting, in the Hall of the hotel. Grab a coffee, it was good… and the personal exquisite buffet breakfast.

Good morning I was staying for 2 nights and suit me very good memories of the hotel by their professional care and treatment I received very familiar both in accommodation and in the restaurant and on the detail I saw the staff about a year b-day girl and the cake with the candle that put him. That it retalle nice.

Good hotel very well connected being close to the motorway and also is next to a shopping centre.
