Quiet Hotel located on the national road between Bilbao and Vitoria. The village of Areatza is very well. The hotel has spacious rooms, very good food and above all very good attention. Workers could not be better.

Great location, small spa but Apañao, the Jets very well, would be perfect if they had access to the spa pool the disabled and people with mobility problems, would gain a lot the Hotel, sure. As you enter the hotel, you are greeted in the bar by some tremendous spikes. The dining room, but, with minimal variety, to highlight the salad.

The water was a little cold to be a spa… The Turkish sauna did not work.

I recommend this spa. Extraordinary value for money. Very clean, nice service, well prepared and homemade food, cozy rooms. The spa is not very big but complete. I have nothing more to say, invite you and visit him. They won't regret it. It's clear, as soon as I can, I'll be back.

The place is right which is not especially good. The spa is nice, small, but cozy and quiet. The village is very nice, just like the setting, and the people very nice.
The worst thing is in the rooms, it is listening to everything, the walls are paper, and the heat, I was not able to lower the room temperature. The cleanliness was good but the rooms seem to be unfurnished… it gives the feeling that things are missing. In general everything is fine, although they have things to improve.

Very well the hotel, is half an hour from Bilbao. The only thing I did not like were the double beds instead of marriage although that can happen in any hotel. Breakfast varied but of cold things but pretty good and the dinner equal, varied but honestly enough to eat something without leaving the hotel, 12.50 for dinner (Buffet also) the receptionist muuuuuyyy Majo. The truth is that we are very happy with the hotel and recommend it!

A room with a 80 cm semicircular shower. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The mattresses are pretty crushed. The rest, acceptable.

Repeat. Starting with this word denotes satisfaction and so it has been. We have made use of a gift voucher composed of thermal circuit and gastronomic pack to what we added room and everything all right. Clean and comfortable facilities, staff attention in the different rooms very good spacious buffet. Recommended.

The rooms are big, very nice people in the hotel and Spa is very well. The hotel is in a quiet super village, a 30-minute drive from Bilbao. Ideal for rest.

Amazing spa very complete and for a very low price. Very advisable to take the massage, though 15m is very relaxing.

My stay was for a course in photographic weekend and the hotel disappointed me a lot. The room cleaning service does not replace the towels, or having them left lying on the ground because they were soaked, returned them to hang up. There is no sign indicating that you do not change the towels daily. And once posted, do not know who is each towel. The bathroom had no squeegee and sharing a bathroom with an unknown person it was a little unpleasant and uncomfortable. Just leave a bar of soap, for two people. The access cards, were not working and had to change them two times, with the same result; only, it was used and already do not give more laps, was that I walked in and walked out. The only good thing to note is that the breakfast was varied and had a bakery that made them. Yes, as to pull down to breakfast from 9: 30am there was almost nothing.

Very good treatment, kindness from the first day, the food wonderful and the spa that I'm going to say the spa is the best.

We were in the espa and great for a nice quiet place in the heart of nature.

We spent 4 days at the hotel. The location, very good price/quality ratio and all the staff were exceptional. Special mention for Alex, for sympathy, kindness and tips. We were wanting to go up to the Hermitage of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe (it was closed by works, because we have the perfect excuse to come back and visit you). We would certainly like to, if it is possible and does not break the professional secrecy of the chefs of the hotel, which we enviaseis by email, the recipe of the cake carrying coconut grated on top and you put a dessert night, since it is exquisite and we would make it to offer it to our friends and family and encourage them to that you visit and we remember the good that we have tried. The environment is suitable if you are looking for is peace of mind, but in our case we had too much heat in the room, especially at night.

Great place to relax, enjoy nature, and with Bilbao and Vitoria very close. Very friendly people at the reception of the hotel and a very nice village. I highly recommend it.
