Aparthotel Libere Vitoria Líbere Vitoria

1 night visit as driving from Portugal to UK with a friend and my 2 dogs. The apartment was perfect. Booking was easy, access was easy. The location was great for us as we were not visiting the area, just needed a bed, however we did walk the dogs and found some beautiful sites before bed. We would stay again, and woudl recommend for people travelling with pets.

Nice big room with all the facilities you may need.
Location is perfect.
The water pressure is a joke, both in the shower and the sinks we struggled with it.
The bed is pretty uncomfortable as it's held by 6 legs that wobble so everytime we moved, the whole bed moved waking us up.
You can't control the room temperature so don't be fooled by the "air conditioning" ad. They do have it but it's controlled by them and set to whatever degrees they decide for the whole building. It was steaming hot on the 8th floor to the point that we were sweating inside the room and couldn't sleep the first night. We asked for a fan and they provided it on the second day which allowed us to sleep more comfortably.
This place has amazing things and awful things so is a hit and miss. I've spoken to someone that stayed over the summer and they were happy with their stay and someone that stayed during the winter and also said that the room temperature was unbeareable (too hot)

All great thanks. Apartment very nice, clean and comfortable. The walls in the apartment really need to be painted, and the shelf beside the bed is hanging off the wall! Other than that, we're very happy.

What a great experience. We arrived to a spotless modern apartment, fully equipped a comfortable. The location was ideal, being just a 15 minute walk into the historic centre and next door to a DIA supermarket. Parking was easy on the street right outside and is free during August.
We had an issue with the washer-dryer which did not dry. However the staff arrived quickly to help with this and a few other minor requests.
Some suggestions to make perfect:
-Provide a second easy-chair and coffee table.
-Provide bread knife and spatula for frying.
-Provide instructions for the appliances.
-A shelf for toiletries in the bathroom.
These are very minor points, hence we are giving full marks.

Comfortable well thought out rooms containing useful amenities for one’s stay in an Apart-Hotel. Good location for access to the town. It is worth prebooking the parking in the garage under the building as parking is scarce on the street.

Libere Aparthotel is a luxury. It has everything you need except your clothes and food. It is very central; walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and tourist spots. Staying here made our first time in Spain a very enjoyable stress-free experience.

We love our location in Vitoria, Spain. It's very centrally located and close to everything. I love how our place is decorated and all that it has to offer.

Hallways are dark and dirty. Rooms are average. My biggest complaint is the thermostat is set by winter and summer seasons. You only have access to either air conditioning in summer or heating in the winter…no matter the temperature outside. We had no problem with the self check-in. The hotel emails you days before you arrive to pre-register your information. If you pre-register, your room code is sent on the day/time you are scheduled to arrive. Don’t wait for the last moment! This is basically a self service hotel, so you should, do your best to register before arriving. The hotel is downtown, so traffic can be a bit of a problem at times. There is a small market right next to the hotel. It is in a good location for walking around and pubs and restaurants are close by.

The concept is human free hotel reception wise, it's pricey to be honest, the checkin process can be very tricky in screens and so on, I saw always people struggling and over the phone to unblock the rooms.
I booked with breakfast which was not delivered but after complaining online I was refunded.
Placement is a big plus.

We stayed here in April 2022. We were 2 adults and 1 child (aged 6) and we stayed in a one bedroom apartment.
The location is fine. Although it's not right in the heart of the tourist area, it's a short walk to the main square and the distance didn't feel annoying or limiting. There are a couple of small supermarkets on the same street as the apartments (one directly underneath) which means you can get supplies for your stay.
Parking is onsite and although I'd booked this as part of my stay, it hadn't come up on the App and I needed to contact them before I'd even arrived to clarify how to access the car park. Cue using the Libere App to "talk" with a customer service rep. I was also sure that I'd added the discount code to my reservation but this wasn't applied, and they wouldn't honour it.
*Everything* is done electronically, through their App. In theory, this should make things quick and efficient but without a proper reception, the experience felt cold and clunky. We ended up having to contact "reception" again as our room was not made up with bedding or towels for our son. Then, the bedding which was provided was dirty, the second attempt was also dirty (I know, unbelievable! ) and housekeeping managed to get it right on the third attempt.
The room itself was great: modern and spacious with brand new equipment in the kitchen. Apart from the issues with the bedding, the room was immaculately clean.
Check out was also annoying. We were to be out of our room at 11am.
