Perfect experience. Jose Luis the owner was so helpful, kind, and full of ideas for my trip. The hostel is quiet and clean, with lovely windows and views of the city. Two new bathrooms and new kitchen, with tea and coffee for all.
I highly recommend staying here while in Vitoria!
Jose is one of the friendliest people we have met on our trip through Spain and France! He's super helpful and very talkative and goes the extra mile for everyone. He made no trouble at all of us leaving our bags at the hostel for a little while longer after checkout.
The location was amazing and we were lucky enough to have a medieval market going on at our doorstep during our stay. There are plenty of great food options around and if you want to do it on a budget, there's a Lidl not too far away where you can buy ingredients to cook something here.
