I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. As of July 2025, the road to the hotel is under construction, so it’s impossible to reach by car. Moreover, due to the tourist season, it takes a lot of time to find a nearby parking space. I had requested the hotel in advance to reserve a parking spot, but after the booking became non-refundable, I was informed that no parking was available. This clearly felt like they just wanted to take my money. On the day of arrival, I reluctantly called to ask if they could at least tell me where to park nearby, but the staff member who answered only spoke Spanish and was very rude. If they cannot speak English, they should not be listed on major hotel booking sites. I want a full refund.
