We arrived late and one of the kids had been carsick. Pilar, our hostess, immediately helped clean the car seat and made us feel very welcome. This was the second time we had arrived late with some problem and the exceptional service has always been outstanding. We have stayed here three times now in total. It is a peaceful place to stay with easy access to the Loyola basilica and several good restaurants.
