The room with spiders, nothing to do with the pictures, they forgot to make the rooms, replenish shampoo, soap, toilet paper. A disaster! The room was clean and clean. Worth the views, they gave us a 10% discount, but we won't come back or recommend.

Amazing view, friendly staff, short walk to City center, and a very quiet place to sleep. Very happy guest here.

Wonderful views and close to the beach and town.

Excellent customer service. The location of the villa is exceptional, breathtaking views of the sea. You can also have breakfast at some beautiful tables in the garden, overlooking the beach. The facilities were rather old but clean and nice. Ideal for family, it has a play area and BBQ.

Spacious rooms and apartments with kitchens and sea views and a small island in a 19th century Basque house with a bar. Carraspio Beach is within walking distance.

Place with incredible views of the beach of Lekeitio. Quiet, careful … perfect for a getaway.

We stayed for two nights in late October 2015. What a wonderful time in a beautiful suite. We also enjoyed the company of June, our lovely host who plays the guitar! Hoping to return someday soon!

Everything, and I mean everything, was great!

We just discovered this small hotel and while we were planning to stay one night then two. Now considering three and a mad dash to Madrid to catch our flight home. Spectacular views and we immediately felt comfortable. Can't wait to explore this beautiful place.

Amazing and stunning views with beautiful staff.

Beautiful hotel on the beach of karraspio. If you want low to the room of lekeitio or you stay in the garden of the hotel reading resting or taking a beer on its beautiful terrace from which you see all the beach Sea Island. The children spent it very well with the ponys.

Hotel / Aparthotel is the perfect place to enjoy its beach, its island of Lekeitio, its gastronomy, its walks.
The rooms, or rather detailed apartments of this old house renovated with taste are completely equipped. The kitchen area is very convenient, bedding is of exceptional quality, the place is really quiet at only a few steps from Lekeitio.
The location and the service of the guests is at the level of the rest.
Highly recommendable.
