Quality service clean and spacious pleasant staff which is important.

Very expensive but not at all up to the costs and its stars! The room is large with different comforts but then loses on the essentials, in fact both sheets were very dirty and also punctured! The buffet looks very rich but the quality of the dishes is definitely poor and above all they are very stale! In short, the price is absolutely not justified by the quality of the products and services offered! I don't recommend it.

Convenient location if you have a car, 3min from the beach, 10min from the center Bilbao. Rooms relatively clean and comfortable. Pretty nice service.

Large and well equipped rooms but one detail, which we realized after making the reservation, is that they allow pets in the rooms. Something that with a highly allergic person has caused us a big problem. Since despite informing the Hotel of this detail, and asking them to change room or thorough cleaning of the one we had. My wife has had to sleep in the car both nights
Also say that despite the good-giting and professionalism of the buffet employees, neither the quality nor the quantity of what was prepared there covered even the expectations of the less demanding.

Very poorly located Hotel, next to a freeway, and the isolation of the windows very bad. So the rooms very noisy. The receptionist who touched us when we arrived, very bordered and aloof, quite the opposite we should be a receptionist with their guests.
The room was very good and the hotel was very close to the street.

The hotel is excellent, although they must do maintenance to the urgent screens. The guys who cater in the restaurant are very friendly and the food they offer is simple and healthy. As advice try to always ask for room that from the opposite side to the freeway because as much as you close the window you hear a lot of noise. If you go sightseeing and no car is a bit removed from the city center.

For a 4 star I was disappointed. Very basic rooms and improved hygiene and maintenance. Friendly staff, yes.

Bit disappointed with this hotel. No English TV except for the news… had to pay for parking and we had to pay euro's 40 for two nights for our little dog. It did say there COULD be a charge but Euros 40 was a bit much. We won't be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it to any of our friends using Brittany ferries.

I like it. Friendly and attentive staff. And we got the room with queen bed as we asked.

I have spent a week in this hotel with an organized trip, despite the fact that in these trips, usually the food tends to be somewhat loose, here has been the exception, some exquisite dinners, well presented and tasty. I can't refer to the meals as these were done en route, every day in a different place.
The rooms were spacious and clean.

Short break trip to Bilbao stayed at the Avanzada. Room is really nice and clean. A little disappointed to find there weren't tea/coffee facilities in the room and only a limited number of English channels on the TV but that just gives me a chance to catch up on my reading. Wi-Fi can be a bit patchy but good once it gets going. 2 buses from the airport is really convenient and quick as stop is just outside the hotel.

They could tell me if pets are allowed. XK I have a chihuahua pekeña dog. I hope response. Thank you.

Modern and functional hotel. Good facilities. Try to not they assign you the room towards the road. They do not give of lunch. The breakfast not is to the height of the chain Nh. Price right.

Very good hotel, spacious and bright rooms. The restaurant did not have give dinner and there were enough staff, yet it did by atendermos. The very last meat, excellent dessert (cake homemade pear)

I only have complaints of the meal, my friend and I were part of a circuit from the Basque country,
We had dinner at the hotel five or six nights… meat dry, inedible rice…
We had closed menu so if you wanted something else you you had to pay separately. I accept it, but if what I serve you can not eat they should have given us something else. Rectified this situation only when looked at them trays that returned full to the kitchen and the two last nights the dinner was super.

Attention of the mediocre hotel, the rooms since they could have put a few euros in insulation, because I did not attach eye by the highway. Cleaning the just, the screen, among other things, quite dirty.

That's great. A modern Hotel with great staff and very well located.

A disastrous experience. First give me a room that stank of tobacco and cigarette all over burns, when I insisted that I didn't want to one as well. They tell me that they didn't know it: already. Is it that no one checks the rooms? Then give me another with dust and cobwebs in some corners and broken mini-bar. I can tell them the fattest dirt, but I ask you to give an overview. Again I find that they have only cleared what I have said and less than half a metre from where have cleaned there is a thick layer of dust without touching. Frankly, neither the facilities nor the staff deserve more than 3 stars.
