Staff were so helpful The room was excellent and modern with a sea view. We had our dog with us and there were bowls, food and a bed for her. We had room service and the food was excellent. Will be returning again.

Wonderful staff, comfortable & quiet rooms and great location! Totally impressed for the price. Good value. Breakfast worth the price. As for the smoothies they advertise, you simply need to ask the staff to make you one based off the fruits that are out. They’ll make one in the kitchen for you I was told, though didn’t figure this out until after.

Perfect location, comfort and treatment to your customers, also pets allowed and parking is very easy even in front of the hotel.

Friendly and fast, good service. Modern bathroom design, but I have not been very comfortable, space. Good view to the sea, easy to park. Few locals in the area for breakfast, but it is very good area for dinner. Modern decor.

It is the third time I stay and the truth is that it has gone very much worse.
On the first occasion I got an outside room with a balcony, and they gave me a plate of fruit and two bottles of cava for being after New Year's. The size of the room was average, neither large nor small, and the small bathroom.
On the second occasion I got an inside room and a lot smaller.
This last time I have been given a very small interior room, a bit cramped and very uncomfortable. The bed was not comfortable at all, in addition to making an unbearable noise with every minimum movement. The shower water suddenly fell alone in the middle of the night and the sink faucet leaked. Total, two nights without sleep. At reception they had the detail to make me a 20% discount, but still, I go to rest and sleep well, and the truth is that I have not achieved.
The treatment of all the employees can not be better, I think that's why I repeated so many times, apart of course, that breakfast right in front of the sea is also very nice.

The hotel is simple. The room was average, rather small, but it was clean and well ordered. The bathroom is new and very cozy. The best thing about the hotel is the location, on the beachfront and the sea views. It is a good site if you are looking for a practical and functional hotel for a short holiday.

The staff were amazing and very helpful as our Spanish was very poor! For 50 euro we upgraded for our last night to the Seaview room and it was so worth it. One of the most beautiful rooms and exactly what we needed.

A good stay in Getxo. We wanted to stay outside of Bilbao and near to the beach, that made Getxo a natural choice. We felt Petit Palace Tamarises is a great hotel that is lifted by polite and personable check in staff (Maria). Beside that, we found that the room we stay — Apartment for 4 adults, while devoid of sea view, was clean, spacious, cosy and comfortable.

Great customer service, lovely room, location fantastic. As with all hotels of this type I really wish there was a simpler breakfast option. Would usually go to a nearby bar, but the closest didn't open until later. I resent having to pay so much for a coffee, a juice and a slice of toast.

This hotel is amazing right next to the beach, staff speak good English if you don't speak Spanish, it's also a good place to learn some Spanish. Food was fantastic. The shower oh my god it's so cool. This hotel is really a luxury hotel from my point of view, when we arrived at the hotel there was luxury spa like slippers and bathrobes waiting for us. When we came back after the beach we got a lovely complimentary note and a bottle of water in two wine glasses. All of the staff were so friendly the cleaners did an amazing job cleaning the room to the highest standard. We didn't even need to rent out bikes the hotel provided it to us free. I give this hotel five stars by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in and that includes all of my stays in hotels in Ireland and the U. K. Thanks for everything I will definitely be recommending you when I go back to Ireland.

The unbeatable location, dealing with the exquisite dog. Also excluding this, we were offered a room. Of superior category at the same price.

Too small room. The output of the air conditioning was on top of the bed, so it had to turn it off and open the window (very small) gave a small interior courtyard noisy air conditioning equipment.

Very pleasant rooms taking into account that we are a big family. Stunning views of the beach of Algorta. Bathrooms with shower, spacious and modern. For a family, quadruple rooms and adjoining are perfect. The renovating of personal, friendly and very professional. We will certainly return.

Fantastic, nice girl we went with our dog and we went up a bed for bitch, drinker and feeder together with a sachet of food all this free and the stay of the dog also. 10, many hotels would need to take the example.

It is an excellent hotel in all respects;
1. The staff is excellent, excellent friendly service and a very nice call.
2 breakfasts were of quality and the staff was very helpful (never missed anything on the buffet, and the Diners were super)
3. The facilities were in good condition, and the technology used was cutting-edge.
Finally say that if we return to the Basque country we stay at this hotel, by lent comfort and care in all los. Detalles that have made our stay was 10!

Value quality hotel price excellent, with a very clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful hotel staff and their professionalism. As negative point I have to comment that the room in which I host collects the bathroom of room noise from next door, which woke us whenever they used the sink or the shower. I understand that only happens in this room, if I again expressly ask that I not staying the same.

If it were not for the presence of BASQUE has been very limited, I would be delighted with the experience. I think it is really necessary that staff contracted (especially of face to the public) know to speak Basque. The welcome letter from the room was in Spanish, and this same test can be answered in Spanish, English, French… How is it possible that a hotel that is in Bizkaia do not use their own language? It is not a political issue but a question of respect, dignity and cultural level.
Moreover, we have been very much at home. I hope the next time we visit it to change this.

Hotel very well located opposite the beach in Getxo. We were housed in the bridge of the Constitution. The room was small (as we knew it), but was very well equipped and very clean. Very large and full bathroom with a hydromassage shower included. The staff both reception as room service and waiters perfect, very good treatment and education. In general, in my opinion, a very good hotel. Any hits.
